This restaurant is so neat. We took the grandkids there on a Friday night and they loved the "secret door" The pizza was really good and their Greek Salad was fabulous (one of the best I have ever had) It is a fun place to go for a different night out. It is also family owed and the customer service was great. A true treasure in a the world of dinning experiences in this area. We recommend it to everyone to try!!!

Great Place to eat! The pizza is awesome and real NY style. Everything is fresh made so takes a little longer than your other pizza chains, but is well worth it. The sizes and portions are huge! The secret entrance and gangster theme is cool. best pizza in the River Region by far.

So my mother-in-law goes in to place an order for my son's birthday party tonight. Woman at the front refused to 'be responsible' for the order and said she had to come back at 4:30 to place a to-go order. Was very rude and my mother-in-law left. My wife calls to find out what happened and to ask to speak with the manager to try to salvage something. Turns out the woman who was rude to my mother-in-law was also the manager, who proceeds to insult my wife and then hang up on her. I'm confused, because I was there last night and told the woman running the register (whom I assumed was the manager/owner) how impressed we were and that we'd be coming back today to place an order for a birthday party. At the time, she said they were looking forward to our order. So, now we're ordering pizza from Pappa Johns, who have no issues with placing a larger order.

Very disappointed during our last visit. I went two times previously before this visit and really didn't have any problems besides it taking awhile to get our food. But this recent visit was the last straw! For starters, it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to get our drinks. It wasn't even a busy night. There was only one other group there and they were almost finished eating. Then our waiter comes back with our drinks finally and takes our order. 20 minutes later.....still waiting on our food. The waiter returns and says she's lost our order. LOST IT! She took our order again and it took over an hour to get our food back and mine was wrong! The waiter was nice but the staff was just sitting in the back talking and laying around. So sad because the food was pretty good the first time we went there but the wait is NOT worth it! Very disappointed and won't be returning. Timing can make or break a business.
