This company is a criminal enterprise. They are scammers and I was ripped off to the tune of $5895.00 - Stay away. Many complaints to BBB of San Francisco. They accept CC orders and never deliver. FRAUD!

Stay away from this company!! I ordered and paid for my hot tub 11/13. After several delay's and promises of delivery, discounts, free filter's, I finally went to my credit card company on 8/14. They were successful in getting a reverse charge for me. Again stay away from this company!!

This company is a scam. We ordered a hot tub last year. After being told for months delivery would be five different dates, we never received the product. Now the numbers are either disconnected or they never answer. SCAM SCAM SCAM

We ordered a hot tub from them in March 2014, they said it will arrive latest by May. Now no one answers or returns my calls and still no sign on my hot tub. I wish there was a negative rating. I will have to contact a lawyer and see how I can get my money back.

we bought our tub from vaule point distribution and they lied to us on delivery then when it finally came cover was ripped still waiting on the replacement its been 3 months their customer service is customer disservice they wont answer any emails or return any phone calls on 1-6-14 the hot tub stopped heating only 1 month old was told by thier tub tech rodger it was built wrong and he would send parts to fix still waiting wont answer the phone no reply to any of my repeated emails do yourself a favor DO NOT buy a tub from this company u will regret it once they grt your money they forget you and dont care and on top of it ive asked to speak with management and they hang up call back and same thing if you dont believe me just contact me and ill give you the details my name is dave my email is davlak29@gmail.com

Value Point Distribution is synonymous with true customer service. I had no knowledge about tubs and how they work before I purchased my first tub from them, but now I can say that I'm pretty good at its in's and out's – all thanks to their customer service staff. They were not only kind enough to guide me through the many different options available, but were also patient enough to educate me about how to install, run, maintain, and care for my tub. With their guidance, I haven't had any trouble whatsoever with my tub. But in case a problem arise, I'm sure that I won't be worried about them because Value Point has my back.

I dont know how they can help with anything due to the fact that they dont have a clue as to whats going on with the product they sell you. We ordered a hot tub 4 weeks ago and still nothing and cant get any answers as to where it is or when to expect it wow what a company and if they sell hot tubs why are they listed here as a Telephone Equipment & Systems-Repair & Service so do they sell hot tubs or repair telephones who really knows. This company took 2200 dollars and delivered no product beware

The tub that we bought from this direct-selling company over two years ago was amazing inside and out. Sure, I've met some troubles with the tub along the way, but they weren't a big deal as the customer service team behind Value Point were always kind and patient enough to take care of my every concern and inquiry. This company also has all the supplies needed for running a tub so there's no need to shop from separate stores. We've been nothing but pleased with our experience with this company, and are currently planning to get our second tub for our newly refurbished patio.

I bought my hot tub from this company about eight months ago and it was all great until a couple of the jet streams stopped working. While it's a good thing that it was covered by the warranty, I didn't really want to have the whole thing replaced and go through the installation procedures and other required tasks all over again. Fortunately, the people from Value Point Distribution agreed to send a technician over to have a look at it, as their business was located not more than two miles away. Their tech rep did a quick look at the tub, did some tinkering here and there until the jet streams were working perfectly again. Thank you guys!

We got the Gem 5 Person Tub from this company over a year ago. They have a very large showroom that will give you more than enough selection to choose what we wanted best. Their delivery was exceptional – about 3 to 4 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. This really came in handy as we had plenty of time to take care of the installation before summer sets in. The installation was tricky at first, but upon phoning my concerns, the friendly Value Point customer service staff were always eager to take care of my concerns and guide me through each step of the installation. Two thumbs up!

I just love this company. I had a very tight budget but the people over Value Point Distribution were kind enough to walk me through their various hot tubs and I ended up getting the Wave 4 Person tub. I printed out pictures of the tub to show to my fiance since delivery was a couple weeks out. Turned out that delivery was faster, as the Wave arrived in a few days earlier than expected. To make sure that the installation went smoothly, the friendly tech support reps from Value Point also kept in touch until the tub was up and running!

This is the first time we own a hot tub so all I can say is that this company deserve to get 5 stars because of the great service they gave us from start when we are choosing our hot tubs until we receive it. All I can say is that this company has great huge selection of hot tubs and spa with very affordable prize. They also have friendly customer service that will guide you 100% on all your queries on what hot tub you need. I would love to purchase again on them. Until now my hot tub is still in good condition and every time I have some question about it they response on me very fast. Thanks guys

This company is Awesome.... They have a great customer service team... they guide me all the way on their site and explain all the information on each hot tub they have. After a week I contact them again and order my hot tub. What surprise me is that they delivered my hot tub on time and every time I need some help on some technical issues they response to me as fast as they can to help. Many thanks to all the help you gave me... I will highly recommend this company to all of my friends.
