It's designed to lengthen and strengthen your body without developing bulky muscles as seen in traditional weight training. The method is designed to lengthen, strengthen, define and align your entire body.
Pilates Mill Creek is a full Pilates studio that provides highly experienced and certified instruction for professional guidance and motivation to obtain better results. Unlike a gym, they don't have joining fees, processing fees or first and last month dues. There is no cost just to be a member.
Pilates Mill Creek's semi-private Pilates equipment sessions are every hour, on the hour and are 50 minutes in length. They only allow a maximum of four (4) members to one (1) instructor for these sessions to ensure that each member receives proper attention for form and safety. Pilates Mill Creek provides all of the necessary equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and more for hundreds of different exercises to challenge you. Your goals, limitations, and initial health assessment will help your instructor determine what exercises will work best for you. Most Pilates exercises can also be modified to decrease or increase the intensity.
