Sales process went smoothly. Happy with the vehicle overall. Discovered after taking the vehicle home that it had a defective rear safety belt (the one I strap my son into). Never would have checked on the lot, because I just couldn't have imagined a dealership putting a vehicle out with a major safety defect like this. I offered to do the labor if they would provide the part. So of course, two weeks later I purchased the part myself after no action from the dealership. Very disappointing.
The car we went to test drive didn't start. Water condinsation in mirrors and 1 mirror broke. We didn't go back to test drive it once it was fixed! Don't want someone else's problem!
The deals are perfect and the services and warranties are topnotch. I would like to recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to have the best car buying experience.
Disgusted they sold us a car that was completely corroded through on the frame underneath . A mechanic told us that if we were hit from behind the car would have crumbled . Also the Brake lines were all completely corroded . The car was unsafe to drive when we bought it ... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
Emailed on a truck that I was interested in. They responded. Called and asked about the truck, asked if it had rust on the exterior. Thursday afternoon was told no. Was going to travel 2 hrs to see it, called again Friday, asked another salesman if there was rust on the exterior, this time the person went out to look at it, said there was just a little under the fender that he could feel with his hand. Went to see the truck, there was a hole I could stick my pinky finger through above the wheel on the face of the fender. The rusted areas above the wheels had been painted over. Ticked, left, will never look at anything there again. Thank you

The poster of the review (Eduardo e. B.) is far from truthful. He purchased a wrangler for his son. The jeep ran excellent with no issues. The son bragged about racing his nissan gismo Z often. We explained to him a simple four cylinder 20 year old Jeep cannot handle high rpms, or sharp turns. And that it is not a race vehicle. We offered a nationwide ASC warranty for $160 at cost, but the buyer refused. After returning the vehicle to us, a pro mechanic explained that broken engine was stressed to the point of snapping a connecting rod. No other issues were present in the damaged engine. Obviously, the Jeep was ran so hard it snapped the rod. The buyer was understanding after a thorough explanation, he even commented that he advised his son not to run it as hard he does his other cars, but was afraid the son would not listen. We offered to install a reman engine with a warranty with no labor charges. A week after the new engine arrived, the buyer picked up Jeep, saying he did not want to wait for our install. He was polite and understanding throughout the entire unfortunate ordeal. Posting that we intentionally sell problem vehicles is an outright lie. Not only are we very selective about what we buy, we make every effort to correct any and all issues prior to sale. There is no good reason why we would ever sell a problem vehicle. It s bad for business and junk vehicles simply get sold at auction. Since this issue with Eduardo, all vehicles that leave our lot have a nationwide warranty, at our cost. In five years of business, this is the one and only unhappy customer we have had. Truth is we truly do feel bad for Eduardo, his son cost him a lot of money by not listening to the fact Jeeps cannot handle 6K rpm full throttle runs, not for long anyway. He learned the hard way.
AVOID!My initial experience with Premier was largely positive. But, they sold me a car with title issues and didn't disclose it. When they finally called me to let me know that they didn't have the title, my temporary tag was set to expire. I will not be able to drive my car indefinitely because they ran out of temporary tags and still haven't sent me a new one. They don't expect to have the title for another two weeks! The only recourse they're offering is for me to drive 12 hours on expired tags to return the car with no reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars I've put into the vehicle. They aren't forthcoming with information and haven't been forthcoming over the phone. They also asked me to go to the DMV to try and take care of the problem myself, even though Missouri doesn't extend tags, which means I also had to waste a morning with this pursuit.
bad service they sell junk cars! bough a used jeep from them engine blew up in a week! they sell you cars with problems so they can repair back for more money.
Searched internet for a high quality low mile Chevy Tahoe. Found one at Crossroads. Sent email to dealer as it was after office hours on a Saturday when I viewed the 2009 Tahoe. Mike returned email on Sunday morning(his day off) and told me to call him. I called him and he gave me all the information I asked and scheduled a time to come look on Monday. Took Tahoe out for a test drive, they looked over my trade, quick negotiation and we had a deal!! Filled out finance app had a quick decision and in less than 2 hours drove off the lot with my 2009 Tahoe! I am very happy with truck and my buying experience!
