ciardelli has always delivered my kerosene on time.I never had a problem with billing and always received promt help with my furnace problems when needed. The service techs are always professonial and friendly. My recent furnace cleaning by Dave M was also informative as he gave me tips to keep my furnace going for years to come as well as keeping me abreast of the upcoming clean diesel.

Over priced oil and terrible customer service. I hear the owner is a jerk and it clearly rolls from the top down after talking to the women in the office.

Probably the nicest staff and best service you will find anywhere. These guys go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. A family run business with roots in a small town, you can't go wrong getting your fuel from these guys!

Terrible company, Matt gave me a two day notice on a low balance storage arrangement. I was in the hospital for a procedure that was rare to say the least. He took my high quality equipment that was ten times the value of the fee owed. They now use the equipment on their own properties, opportunistically to say the least. Matt has not worked for anything and is sadly out of touch with reality. Case in point, look at their smug tense look when they attempt to smile on their low budget commercial. I agree with the dissatisfied customers on the service end. Changing agreements on a whim and arbitrarily setting illegal situations for selfish personal gain. Matt is an unethical little thug. It is sad that he is lacking so much education. Has not grown up yet in that awkward grown frame. Very sad

We ran out of oil on a cold night and the owner noticed the message we left online about getting a delivery the next day (we had space heaters to be good threw the night). He personally called us on a Sunday night and had oil at our house within a couple hours. i have also caught one of there drivers shoveling my 95 year old neighbors walkway.

Worst customer service

Having used the company for over a year I didn't expect such terrible customer service from them this week. They promised delivery of fuel on tues wed. When my wife contacted them back about why our fuel had not yet arrived Jennifer told her there was no way she would have promised her than and that the fuel would be delivered Thursday or Friday. The proceeded to tell my wife that she doesn't make the schedule and if we wanted the fuel delivered today (one of the originally promised delivery dates) that we would be charged a delivery fee! The whole conversation was filled with "whatever" and sighs of dis content from their staff. Absolutely ridiculous... I will be taking what little business we give them somewhere else and really don recommend them for anybody else. Barring this particular incident they are not very user friendly and getting fuel delivered is a huge pain... It shouldn't be about conveiniencing the business, it's supposed to be about the customers... The people paying their salary and making them happy. Clearly not how they carry their business

I disagree - I really like Ciardelli's service and when I lost my job they were very understanding until I got back on my feet again - I would not switch after that - they are a company who cares! I also checked out Eastern. they are more expensive, and the others the difference is very nominal for the service you get. My personal opinion, Ciardelli Fuel is an honest company.

They have been very deceitful ...

They have been very deceitful in their business practices. If you make arrangements with them and you honor your end they will change the terms when ever they feel like it. I was treated very rudely by Matt Ciardelli, the owner. If you fall behind they will wait til you get caught up or almost caught up and then treat you like crap try to make it seem like you were purposely out to screw them over. Their prices are50 cents high than Eastern, Suburban, and Heffners. I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise those who have them to switch.

They made a mistake and didn't own up

I was OFF auto-delivery and they made a delivery I didn't order. They refused to own up to this or even acknowledge it. I was left with around $1,000 of fuel I can't use. However, the delivery people are super nice.
