really bad post service and customer service. i bought an infinity 2012 less than 3 weeks ago, complained about it needing replacement tires soon. and the answer from service director was "you should have told us that when you bought the car"???0 customer service--beware.

I wish I had followed a review I saw from someone that said, "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!" These people are not even human. I just purchased a vehicle from them. They ripped me off with some sort of $3000 'bank fee' of which I found out that the financing bank of my new car didn't charge. Just Google "Napoli Indoor Auto Outlet Lawsuit." They just got sued on 2/15/14; they just settled on 6/6/14. I am in the process of filling a suit as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I TELL YOU!!!
