Awful customer service. Calls are transferred to the owner's personal cell phone so when she answers there is constant background noise and distractions. She answers the line as though answering her own personal calls rather than for a business and each time we spoke she would ask that you call her back- as if you are bothering her. I never received the woman's name so I referred to her as 'ma'am' which i thought was polite. She told me to not call her that as it was not her name however she never shared her name. She was beyond rude. I was hesitant in using the company but they were the only place available (maybe that was my first sign).
We hired this company to transport guests from a parking lot to a house near by-- .25 mile away. It was 3 trips in total.
We had an issue with the final bus trip. The bus driver left too soon before all guests were on the bus. After speaking with the owner she said that since the first 2 drop offs had a few guests on the bus that after a few minutes outside the house, and with a few people on the bus already, that he had everyone. When i called to discuss the issue the owner told me i was lucky she got her driver to come out at all since i didn't reserve the services that far in advance from the date of the event (although she told me she had to charge me extra due to the 'late booking' and that they tack on time/fee for extra time that might be needed if everyone isn't on the bus all at once). However regardless of when i booked, the customer support, services being rendered and professionalism should never be in jeopardy of being any less than 'company standards'. In the end I was told that if more people needed a ride I should have called her and that it was essentially my fault. I paid $600 for less than 30 minutes of driving time from this company.
