It's been 2.5 months since my truck was robbed of parts in the Milford Tilted Kilt's parking lot. I have emailed letters to both the local franchisee as well as corporate. Corporate said that this is the responsibility of the franchisee and informed them to respond. However, still NO direct response from an owner or GM of the Milford location. Definitely a lot of other choices in Milford alone to have a drink, some good food, watch some games, etc. Hooters, Gippers, Buffalo Wild Wings, Crush, Archie Moore's, Colony Grill, Kings Court, etc...just to name a few.

Service from the waitresses is very good. However, I believe that the owner(s) have absolutely no cares about their patrons or their patrons personal property. My truck had some parts stolen OFF of it in the Tilted Kilt's parking lot while we were inside watching football on a Sunday afternoon. Within 24 hours, the police requested their security footage (which the Kilt admittedly had). After dragging their feet for 3 weeks, they taped over the requested and needed footage and it was no longer available. Had this request been taken seriously and fulfilled in a timely manner, the criminal may have been caught. I would have thought that a business owner would have taken this request seriously and try to keep his patrons' personal property safe while at his business. I am very surprised by their lack of response and professionalism. It makes me wonder what may have actually been recorded. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't heard from the Kilt to offer an explanation or apology on their lack of attention during a criminal investigation. Business owners have to realize that there are so many other choices out there. If you have a good experience, you tell 5-10 friends. If you have a bad experience, you tell a lot more.
