Overall

Management needs to address the parking issue in the downtown locations. Non-residents park & walk to green. Management is very lax & does not take resident complaints or suggestions into account. There have been parking wars in my building, where the Management is allowing the residents to punish other residents. For example, instead of addressing the parking issue (by reserving spaces/marking spaces), it is known that spinnaker ADVISES that the residents call tow trucks to tow other residents cars.

This is VERY unfair since within each apartment there are usually 2 adult residents who have two cars to an apartment and the other residents want to have their friends from out-of-state or family members use the spots instead of leaving them for paying residents who are entitled to the spots. Lot is constantly filled with non-CT plates. Management also ignores complaints regarding CT state law where dogs MUST be on a leash. I've seen residents with pit-bulls in the building recently.

Overall

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to get my security deposit returned after vacating the apartment 2 months ago. No call backs with any information for over a month now. Apartment was very expensive for the basic amenities it offered. After hours emergency maintenance was unacceptable after our water heater broke one night and was not fixed for multiple days (leaving us with no water at all hot or cold). Said it was because it was a weekend, but that is no excuse seeing as though apartments are considered people's home.

This is in response to the review from Jay Thomas. I worked for the company when Jay was a resident and had to laugh when I read his review. Hey typically paid his rent on time, however he decided he was not going to abide by the terms of the month-to-month agreement he signed. He left the property owing a balance which we conveyed to the future landlord he tried to rent to. Not sure how that prompted Jay to write this review of his, but the fact he's claiming drugs and prostitutes is totally unfounded. I found that very amusing. I worked there for over 2 years and never saw any of the things he has claimed.

Overall

This is a great place to live. All the properties are in or near downtown Milford, so the location is great. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance from most of the apartments. The area is actually really safe, especially if compared to the surrounding towns. The prices are NOT high for the area by any means. The apartments are well kept, and well constructed. The office staff are always so pleasant, and if you ever have a problem with your apartment maintenance will be there within 24 hours. There are always places for your friends and family to park when they come to visit. You get what you pay for.

Overall

I lived here for 1 and half year in the Shore line on Rail road . This is the worst place to live in Milford. They will charge premium but their apartments are not. Thin walls and lots of noise from other units throug the thin walls. They allow gangs inside. you can see police around. not good for family. You can see gangs hanging out and making noce and always partying/smoking in the hallway. Lot of group illegal activities like drugs and prostititues hanging around in the units

.Management is rude and most arrogant an embarrassing expereicne. Not good for family. They make bogus charges out of your contract. These are not constructed as aprtments . They but commercial buildings and turn them to look like premium apartments and fool you in. Dont waste your money on this fake community,
