Overall

This Diner was not only overpr...

This Diner was not only overpriced, but i found Customer Service to be lacking. We started off by ordering a bottle of wine, which we were told cost $14.99. The waiter came out with a larger sized bottle than expected, but filled our glasses anyway, joking about us being "lucky" for benefiting from a glitch in the system.. Later, he came back and said that the bottle actually cost $28, and if we didn't think that was worth it, his manager said that our only other option was paying the $5.25 a glass since ours were filled already.

That would have left us 3 adults spending $15.75 for one serving of wine each...when what we really wanted was a bottle that was supposed to cost $14.99 and would probably yield at least 5 glasses! we turned both the bottle and already poured glasses of wine away; and the manager never made a move to try and fix their error. I guess he was just as happy throwing out the 3 glasses that were already served. Oh well, not worth the price. Friendly's is right next door anyways.
