We've all become accustomed to mediocre or poor customer service, so I was pleasantly suprised by the excellent customer service of the Buzz Howe Agency. Tim helped me review my current policy, pointing out ways in which I could save money and was able to put a package together that saved me $300 per year. I have now been a customer for 5 years. I was in an auto accident recently and Tim follow-ed up with me on various occasions to make sure I was OK and to help me with my insurance claim.
