What a great experience my grandmother received at Napoli Nissan. I was referred by a friend to see Ricky Millz and WOW. He was amazing, he asked questions first to make sure he knew exactly what she was looking for. He lead her right over to a 2018 murano and she fell in love. He went over every feature in a timely professional manner. Ricky was very friendly and held great conversion while we went through the process. My grandmother Joyce was very happy that she came over to Napoli Nissan. If you, family members or friends are looking to purchase a car please go see Ricky at Napoli Nissan in Milford you won't be sorry.

I buy a gmc acadia 2015 0 miles since day one the check engine light is on. I bring it to them around 5 times, they said that they change some part of it but the problem is still on with my truck . I really don't recommend this dealer to anybody is not fair paid $47,000 for my truck and pass through all this and they still can resolve the issue.
Napoli Nissan help me find a car that was beautiful and within my budget. The staff was very friendly and awesome! I highly recommend them. :D
Dealership is great and I'm sure there are very many good sales people there to go to. However, STAY AWAY FROM 'SID' and if you do make that mistake 'read every line of the contract and add up all the numbers'! What is discussed and agreed to verbally is not what he put in the contract. Actually charged more than sticker and changed the contract to 42 months when he knew I wanted 36. When I called the following day to say why did he change the terms he said "I should have read the contract" and that 42 months is the standard contract - funny - the warranty is for 36 months and this would have left me with no coverage for 6 months. The general Manager rectified the problem for me and was very nice. Everyone there is great, the place is clean and open. Just don't use Sid and you will be fine.
Sid Farahani is an embarrassment to Dan Perkins and Subaru in general. After performing a bait and switch on me (quoting an online price and then changing it when I came in for a test drive), he was rude throughout our conversations, which I chose to ignore because he quoted a decent price. When he called me to follow up THREE WEEKS LATER, he became verbally abusive when I told him I could not get financing, accused me of wasting his time, refused to return my REFUNDABLE deposit, and HUNG UP on me. Avoid him at all costs. Then, because I DARED to complain online, the dealership has their lawyer write me a threatening letter! Luckily, corporate Subaru stands behind their brand, and gave me a goodwill certificate to compensate for my horrible experience, which was used to purchase a brand new car at a different, reputable dealership! Even though the GM returned my deposit, he seemed completely unconcerned about Sid's behavior, and the lawyer informed me they will continue to employ Sid, despite numerous complaints!
Since moving to Torrington, I still drive all the way to Milford to get my car serviced. The service team at Dan Perkins are always very pleasant and professional. The service director, Marc and his team of service advisors are always accommodating, professional and easy to work with. What I appreciate the most is their honesty and knowledge in the field. I will continue to drive to Milford to have my car serviced. Thank you!!
