Care of machinery and equipment is terrible. I should have known from the look of their house balls...terrible! Threw my brand new Storm IQ Tour Pearl less than 1 game and had two gouges in it. They did refund my money for the remaining games. While I was leaving there was another customer complaining of the same issue. If you don't care what your score is throwing a house ball that looks like it's been drug down the highway 10 miles...I recommend going Sunday morning, you won't find a cheaper place to bowl.



Poor poor service - Twice

In february of 2011, went for cosmic bowling at Milan lanes and needed two lanes. We waited and finally made it to the front of the line to get some lanes. We were informed that two lanes together were not an option, so I told her two separate lanes would be fine. I guess she didn't hear me... She gave us one lane and then asked me to wait a second. She then proceeded to give a lane to the people behind us. I asked where our second lane was and she told me that there were no more lanes to be given. When I asked why she just gave the people behind us a lane before she gave us the lane, she told me sorry, I thought you wanted to wait to get a lane next to the other. All the while this was happening, some big guy that I think worked there too was over my should asking if there was a problem. Intimidating is what he was trying to be. No attempt to make anything right or make up for the inconvenience. So half of my party of 10 went without bowling that night.

Then December of 2011, paid for three games in advance as it is all pre-pay bowling now with a party of four. After we finished the three games, decided to bowl another game and sent my nephew to pay. The attendant asked him to have us bowl fast because there are people waiting for our lane. I understand people are waiting, but our money isn't as good as theirs? Seemed not very professional or nice to hurry a paying customer along to try and fill your lanes with new arrivals.

I WILL never return to Milan lanes as they don't understand the concept of customer service and at no point were friendly during our last visit to their establishment.

It also smelled like a humane society in there tonight...

overpriced and run down

""penny pinchers"" these people who own and opperate this place must be out of there minds! My son was in a after school program were they would leave school the last part of the day and go learn how to bowl at this center.I paid x amount of money every week. one week i stopped in to check it out. The Older lady that is usually behind the front counter was yelling at some of the kids I aproched her and told her i know these kids parents and if they were here they would not of been happy with the way she was talking to there kids...her remark was well there not here are they?"".. with a smerk on her face.. and her ""helpers"" /""trainers"" were not helping at all they were in a group talking they looked like kids them selves. i pay good money for my children to learn.He wasnt even enjoying himself . I took my child out of the program and put him into something more beneficial to him. This place is a joke i would NOT recomend it.

The WORST place to have a children's birthday party.

I booked a package birthday party for my child for 10 ppl and asked if I would be charged for 10 ppl if all did not show up. The lady told me I would only be charged for the number of ppl that attended. I also asked that the food be ready at a certain time. Needless to say, the pizza was not ready on time - we had to wait an extra 45 mins for the pizza to be ready. The pizza was HORRIBLE. Only one child ate a slice. When it was time to pay I was told I was being charged for feeding 10 ppl. I stated I was told I would only be charged for the amount of ppl who actually attended. The desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me too bad - that I owed X amount of money. I told him I was not paying for something I was not told and had specifically asked. He told me I could wait for someone to call him back or he was calling the police. I still refused to pay the incorrect amount I was being charged, paid $13.00 less and left. We will not EVER be going back. Bottom line - incorrect information, extremely poor customer service, inadequate customer service and horrible food.
