ILKB Midlo is the first fitness place where I felt like I belonged, not just worked out at. The instructors are amazing, motivating you each and every step to reach your personal goals.
They have monthly challenges, fun theme days and celebrate your achievements. The instructors are awesome, encouraging and talented.
So happy to be joining for my 2nd year!

Recently joined and it is very welcoming for beginners. The facility is clean and the instructors are very supportive and helpful. A lot better than a normal gym and lots of fun!

I absolutely love this place! I participated in the 6 week challenge by way of a Facebook ad. I came in on 3/27/21. I'll never forget. I completed the challenge but found it very difficult to walk away. It was life changing. The energy in this place is incredible. The instructors are alllllllll amazing. I've made new friends. It's just all around a great place to be AND get a great workout! If you're considering this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a member for just over 2 months and I waited to write a review because I really wanted to be experienced with the classes so that I could give an honest review and let me tell you- I absolutely love ILKB! Yes - the classes are intense BUT they are fun and they really give you an amazing full body work out. All of the instructors are fantastic and you'll be amazed at how close all of the members become- you really do feel like family with everyone. Definitely worth the cost and the effort- HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive had such an amazing experience being here thanks to the instructors and all the amazing kickboxers. It is such a welcoming environment that caters to your goals and pushes you to be better!

I started out with the 6-week challenge. Such a challenge it was, but I learned so much from it! I kept going to classes afterwards and I feel so much better! Staff are very friendly and motivate one another to work hard! Each class is different that you do not know what’s coming your way! Such an amazing way to workout!

I joined ILKB in February for the 6 weeks challenge. I’m done with the challenge but still going. The instructors are really nice and helpful. They keep the workouts challenging and entertaining at the same time. They also help you with modifications if needed. I have back and knee problems so I always need modifications. Also, you burn and insane amount of calories per class. Go and check it out!

I started as a six week challenger....I've had numerous gym memberships in the past that I didn't utilize. So, I wanted to make sure I actually liked the classes before I would commit to a membership. What I got was results...I lost 16.6 lbs and 4.4% body fat in six weeks. I enjoyed the classes so much that at the end of the challenge I bought a membership. Now, I'm having fun and maintaining my weight. All the instructors have their own style so you never get bored. There is also theme days for added fun and check-ins count towards charity organizations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get in shape and stay in shape.

When I walked into iLoveKickboxing Midlothian, I was ready to make a change, and I felt welcomed and supported. I met with Nick and talked about the 6 week challenge and a year membership. I wanted to make a lifestyle change, but the 6 week challenge was a great way to kickstart my weight loss journey, so I joined on a membership. The cost was significantly less than the personal trainer I had paid for the previous year, and though I had gained muscle with my personal trainer, I had not met the weight loss goals I wanted to meet. I, along with the others that signed up, started the 6 week challenge in January. At first it was hard, but I felt the support from my trainers and the people at iLoveKickboxing, and it got easier as I got stronger both physically (at class) and mentally (to say no to that cupcake I wanted to eat). In the 6 weeks I lost 12lbs. and 4.3% body fat and that was with having a few cheat days and ending with my friends 30th Birthday 4-day weekend Bash. People at work, as well as friends and family, comment on how I look so good and to keep up what I am doing. Some of them have even decided to join me at iLoveKickboxing because of my journey. Though I haven’t met my big goal yet, I have met a few little goals I have set, and I am well on my way to meeting it. I can’t wait to see where I am at on my 12 week update next week.

I love this studio!
The instructors are amazing, always helping you with nutrition and wellness tips to make you feel better.
The cleanliness of this place is great.
The combination of the warm up with kickboxing and stretching, is the perfect workout for me and most importantly, FUN!!!
I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The instructors stay involved and push you to finish. An hour well spent. Good range of time spots available but no option to hit the bag outside of class times.

I started going to I Love Kick Boxing Midlothian just 2 weeks ago. Since my very first class, I have been impressed by the instructors. They really make the classes fun and motivate me to push myself. They take the extra time to make sure I am practicing proper form and spend as much time as I need to get it. Not only are the instructors amazing so are the other members. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging which makes me really believe in myself. The facility always smells great and super clean which is a big plus in my book! In just the 2 short weeks I have been attending I have already lost 8 pounds by following the nutrition plan the staff counseled me on and attending regular work-outs. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get fit and have fun while doing it.

Such an awesome way of getting fit! The instructors are very motivating & the music keeps you pumped! A plus for me is that the studio is clean! Think I'm in love with kickboxing!
