Dongs Karate School

I've been at Dong's for 6 years, I am about to earn my 2nd degree black belt. Master Dickens has taught me self-confidence and self-defense skills. Now I think I can really defend myself if I ever need to. Eli Beaty

It's been a great school for my family. I switched from another branch and have done other schools in the past. Dong's is a great system and one that has lots of depth for long term learning. I have 6 people in my family who are doing martial arts at Harbor Point Branch. Dana Germain

It is a great karate school and they teach forms combinations very clearly they have intelligent instructors. I started karate because I wanted to improve my discipline,respect and focus I had a little problem with discipline so I joined dongs karate

Fantastic school. My 7 year old daughter needed to build trust and self esteem. When we first came to this school she wouldnt look or speak to anyone other than me and her dad. Now, a year and a half later she smiles and talks to everyone. Without the skills learned from TKD and the attention she was given from the instructors at this school she wouldn't be the confident little girl we see everyday. I love this school. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. The best training in martial arts I've had and i've been in three other schools. Hats off to Master Dickens and his entire team. Don't waste your time trying any other school. This place can't be beat.

I have five children and four of them take classes here. All four of my children love Mrs. R and Master Dickens. Coming to class is the highlight of my week. I have seen my children grow over the past two and a half years while taking classes here. I checked out other schools in the area before choosing this one. My neighbor brings her son here and has nothing but good things to say. I have to agree with her. My children have learned confidence and discipline along with the karate skills. The entire atmosphere is totally positive. We ALL love TKD and Dongs Karate.

I have taken TKD for the past 6 years and have my second degree black belt. When my family and I moved to Virginia from Chicago, I didn't know if the schools here would be up to the standards of what I came from. I have to say that working out at this school has proven to be the best decision. My son and I are both more than pleased with the professional manner in which the school is run as well as the knowledge and skill of Master Dickens and his instructors. My son is now a first degree black belt and looks forward to going to class every week. I would recommend this studio to anyone and have confidence that they would be very satisfied. The program is challenging and surpasses that of the other surrounding schools. We both look forward to continuing to advance under the instruction of Master Dickens and Dongs karate.

Dong's Karate at Harbour Pointe is the best martial arts school in the area. Their instructors are knowledgeable and friendly who only have the best interest of student in mind. The school is well equipped and clean. The Dong's schools have long and successful history and my grandchildren are learning discipline and respect.
