They do a good job with our dog who has curly, wiry hair. Never had a bad experience with them. Note that they do not take debit cards.
So far they've been great with my yorkie. She's been in and out in a timely manner. The only thing I frown on is that she is fully grown weighing about 2 pounds, so I feel the pricing is a little high for such a tiny dog.

Don't go to Davida. She is very rude!!! We took our girls to her and dropped them off early and she griped because she wasn't there yet. She told us it was first come first serve so I got them there at 7:30. The sign on the door says they open at 7:30. I left them there with Jennifer and she said she would have her call me for instructions. When she called me the first thing she did was complain to me about dropping them off early. Then when I was telling her to shave my moms dog, Sadie's, face she told me she would do the best she could because she bites. I asked her what she meant and she said that she sometimes bites. I told her this was the first time she has seen them. She continued to argue with me until I made her realize she was talking about another dog. She never apologized. She had an attitude the entire conversation and when my fiancé picked them up that afternoon.
