Awful. Beyond awful. Our house burned so we thought that getting a modular home was the way to go and we know people who have modular and they are like a built home. Not with Titan in Midland. At first they are nice, friendly and all out to help. You sign those papers and give them money and you've got a different deal. We've had so many problems with this home. The Midland office has gone through three managers in less than a year since we've bought. Each one says "We're forgetting the past and starting from now." Ha!! There are so many times I was told I'd be called back and never was. We paid extra for extra insulation. The cats, mice and a lot of bugs were getting in under the tub in the Master bath. So we looked under there and there were huge holes where the cheap plumbing came in and no insulation at all. In January, We paid extra for wood work. They didn't even finish out the doors or much of the woodwork. So much more. I This place is a scam. Beware.
