Cristiani's Jewelers

Long story short, David treated me horribly; he was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. He calls to tell me that my watch is ready so I come to pick it up. I look at my watch and it's not fixed. One side of the bracelet appeared to be fixed but not the other. I pointed this out and David scoffed and tried to convince me that it was fine. He then tells me that they "jerry-rigged" my watch to "fix" it, that's totally unacceptable, $85 for a makeshift fix and they couldn't even do that right. I told him that was clearly not fixed and he told me that he could have the jeweler take a look at it again and I told him not to worry about it, I was fed up. I was so angry, I had to just pay and leave. On top of his treatment of me, they failed to communicate with me because had they told me they could not properly fix my watch, I would have told them to not worry about it and I would have picked it up ASAP. I will never go back to Cristiani's and I will never recommend Cristiani's to anyone.

Years ago I went in to buy my husband a Rolex. Mr cristianis treated me like I was an idiot. I didn't know a lot about the watches and I asked a lot of questions. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I left, he was just an awful man. Back then I had a choice, I went to Samual L Majors and purchase a beautiful watch from awesome, friendly very helpful staff.....fast forward 2014. My husband went in to purchase a gift for me. Same thing. Mr Cristiani was rude and not helpful at all. He made my husband feel like he was bothering him. Once my husband said he's was going to purchase the watch Mr cristianis attitude change. This is sickening to my stomach that this man will only give you proper customer service if he knows your going to buy something, otherwise he has no time for you. It's a beautiful watch but I'm still debating on returning it to cristianis and just driving over to Dallas and purchase one from someone else. We will never go back!!

This family establishment has been a Midland institution for years. I have had watches serviced and jewelry repaired at their store and the staff has always been honest and courteous when helping me. I've also bought several items from them, as they have a great selection of both traditional and trendy pieces. I appreciate being able to support the local community and also have a great shopping experience in return.
