Worst customer service when u call to main office the lady is rude and hangs the phone on people don't recommend this company they aren't very courteous I've worked in customer service my whole life and that's not how u treat people
For employees, this is the worst among the worst companies anyone could ever be unfortunate enough to work for! Nine months of lost check stubs, only one having ever been mailed to employee's address. Plus, missing hours that it might takes weeks to be paid for. The most inept office personnel I've dealt with in over 40 years of dealing with employers. Insurance issues ranging from employees paying premiums via paycheck withholding, but employer not paying insurance premiums to insurance companies, to mishandled and/or lost insurance applications. Everyone in employer's office blames everyone else for jobs that are mishandled and/or never done at all, and not once can anyone get a straight and factual answer. Very disappointing, very stressful, and very poor handling of employee's paychecks, insurances, and records.
