I have been a patient here for many years and, have been very pleased with every aspect of the clinic. Wonderful Doctors and nurses. I have seen Randal Morgan for the most part and have never been happier. The entire staff is great.

I can't even give them a rating . The pharmacist is aggressive and multiple prescriptions have been incorrect. The pharmacy techs are great. But I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if you don't want a hassle.

My son and I been taking tha allergy shots and we are feeling a lot better, the doctors and staff are really polite. I really recommend this clinic.
Horrible customer service! Even it being the only Walmart pharmacy right here in Midland, the pharmacy techs here do not strive their best to quickly and sufficiently get the job done. I have been waiting for almost an hour and never have my prescriptions given to me correctly or accurately. I Highly recommend 5 star trained professionals please.
Worst pharmacy experience I have EVER had. Dr office was not able to get through to pharmacy to verify approval for insurance to cover. I went to pharmacy to let them know approval was made to run it through ins. at 10 am. I was told they would and will fill medication. I went back to pick up at 3 pm. Was informed medication was not ready and was going to cost 200.00 due to insurance deductible. ok please fill it. Went back at 6 pm was told they are "working" on it. Over heard pharmacist say to employee it is in this basket, find it and I will fill it. They still had not filled it yet! I left. Came back at 9;30 pm and guess what I was told they are "working" on it. At 10:20pm FINALLY ready? Nope was told by pharmacist they had one medication but are out of the other one. I could call the other CVS to see if they had it. Then I was told it was 200.00. They did not tell me it was 200.00 for EACH one so it was really going to be 400.00. I left without medication and SO DISCUSSED WITH THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I hope I never have to deal with this pharmacy again. I know the insurance was not their fault. But they took forever filling it,then was told at check out didnt have one, then wasnt explained to how much properly and still dont have my sons medication. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED DO NOT DESERVE A STAR
This place has gone downhill big time based upon those early reviews from years ago. All I can say is CHOOSE WALGREENS if you can. I have been forced to use CVS thanks to Walgreens dropping my prescription network, so off I go. I have been five times so far, and each time is an utter nightmare. Losing orders, with no semblance of organization for where they put their prescriptions unlike Walgreens. In addition, every time I go, every time, the prescription is not ready when it is supposed to be and they have to start on it when I get there. This even after I gave a pick-up time over 24 hours before I picked it up. This place is open 24 hours. There is simply no excuse. Then today, we have a light dusting of snow flurries that did not even accumulate, but they say the computers are down because of it and can't do any prescriptions. I've had it. While it won't work for the stuff I was going to get today, for any future maintenance meds, I am going to use the mail order Blue Cross Blue Shield keeps shoving down my throat. At least I won't have to wait in line for 30 minutes to be told my prescription isn't done despite calling it in well in advance. Walgreens is not like this. It is very smooth and a very quick pharmacy.
I get my HRT meds there. She tried to pressure me into buying some VERY expensive liquid vitamins that I found out contain SYNTHETIC vitamins and are not natural. The building is becoming dilapidated. The drive thru is a mine field of giant pot holes...you have to see it to believe it. The pick up window is surrounded by peeling paint. I'm going to start looking into another place to get my stuff.
ALWAYS a line and it takes forever. They don't seem to care about that at all. Last time there was 5-6 people in back and only one in front...and nobody would come up and help. Went in today and the drop off window was closed so I had to stand in line at the pick up window to give them my prescription and pick up my husbands and again ONE person working and line a mile long.I'M CHANGING PHARMACY !!
