If I could sum up all the years I've spent getting my film processed, digital pictures printed, cameras purchased and questions answered, the whole description would be ""simply the best"".
Wholesale has always been there for both myself and my family when it's come to getting that last minute gift, transferring my old movies, restoring my grandparents wedding photo (Thank you DAVE!) and always helping with my thousands of questions about my camera.
(Although less questions now that I have taken a few of their photo classes)
They are like this hidden gem in the community where you will see the same great staff each and every time you go in. Where they will always be friendly and willing to help, and where I go for everything (including the free coffee ;) Thanks guys, you are the best!
My Wife and I recently purchased a camera from Wholesale Photo and we could not be happier. After a long day of going from Best Buy to Jersey Camera to Sixth Ave Electronics and the Electronics EXPO where the "salesmen" who knew nothing about the products they were "selling" only seemed interested in "Closing the deal" and trying to "sell" us on something we really didn't want or need, we were exhausted. Finally we ended up in Midland Park.
To say the least, my wife and I were frazzled and we probably came off as such to the poor man on the other side of the counter, but we were just sick of being mistreated all day. Les, who I think was the manager, listened to everything we had to say, asked us pointed questions about what WE wanted, and made several very helpful suggestions. I finally felt like I was speaking to someone, knowledgeable and empathetic. There wasn't this great pressure to buy something, and I think that is why we decided to go along with what Les was suggesting. After owning my new Nikon for 2 weeks now, I am so glad that we decided to buy from Wholesale Photo. The camera is perfect for me. I've even gone back to ask questions a couple of times and it seems that everyone is as helpful as Les because I always left with all my questions answered. If you want to experience some real customer service, do yourself a favor and go here.
Oh and by the way, the camera cost LESS than Best Buy and the SAME as some of the other "discount" stores... really makes you think... I know where I'm going from now on.
The service you get from the salespeople here is amazing. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a camera but didn't know just what I wanted so they showed me all my different options, asked me many questions and even brought me outside to try a couple of cameras.
They have a large selection of frames and albums too. I was concerned that I didn't have a good enough printer to print quality photos, but they showed me their digital cafe. I can sit there and make prints, make calendars, make books, it's really neat!
I'll definitely be going back.
