I will never go back to this place again! Customer service is horrible! They forgot to order my contacts and then never apologized a month later. My glasses were made wrong. They remade them and now the coating is cracked and I can’t see out of them. They won’t replace the lenses because is it just over a year old. I recently requested a few trial contacts for the first time ever and was denied because the doctor was on vacation, so my son couldn’t see until my mail order arrived 4 days later. Really!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. The combined IQ of the sales people there is likely under 100. I went in around March 20 to order glasses, and it is now April 20. I still have not been able to pick them up since they are not ready. First they used the wrong color frames (after 1.5 weeks), and offered to switch them out with the floor model, which has likely been tried on by many people and had a chip taken out of the frame. I told them I did not want a pair that was used since I had paid for new. I also was not a fan of the idea of catching a skin or eye disease from someone who had been trying them on. I came to find out that this was their practice, which I think is DISGUSTING. They told me flat out that is what they do. They take the frames from the display board and use those when you order glasses. This should not be allowed as a practice. I was then under the impression the new frames would be ordered the next day (on a Wednesday morning). I called the following Monday to find out (the customer service person was rude) that they had not been ordered until Friday. I was told they would be in by Thursday of that week. When I called at that point, I learned they were not in and it would likely be a "few more business days". So essentially, I have been waiting a MONTH with no apology or anything. They have horrible customer service and likely have lied about what is going on with my glasses. Please do not give them your business!!!!
