Was optimistic after reading other reviews, the owners seem like nice people and I'm always eager to support local businesses. However, I was unpleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle and the bill was significantly more than anticipated. Communication about estimated hours charged was not clearly communicated as the work grew. I should have been adamant about requiring a detailed estimate before approving additional work. It was fortunate that it needed an alignment right away as a break caliper was not reinstalled (caliper mounting bolts were left loose), but the alignment tech discovered it before I drove around with it. I hope this is just growing pains with a new business and they can figure out how to manage estimates, workflow, etc. If you're on your last dime fixing your vehicle, be careful.
