Paradise Park RV Campground

Recently stayed at Paradise RV Park and were very happy. It is not a KOA, no facilities or activities but if you want a park that is spotless, well kept and close to everything wonderful in Newport, beaches, mansions, Ave of the Americas, then stay here. Gentleman could not have been more helpful getting us settled, in the rain. No campfires but can use a grill on the cement patio area at each site, level parking, can't wait to return. (There is a $5 fee to use the air conditioner each day so if that bugs you, go somewhere else). Great location!!

This motel is very sub-par. Although it is in a great location reletive to Middletown and Newport the ownership is extremely arrogant which made for an unpleasent stay. Also, the conditions of the rooms were certainly not worth half of what I paid.
