If this establishment is based on Christianity, I'm changing my religion. There isn't enough characters left to explain my nightmare with Integrity, so, I must condense my experience.We purchased a used vehicle from them, and was told by a third party that if we noticed ANY issues with the vehicle within a time period of " a week or so", to just let them know, and that the issues would be addressed. After addressing several issues, I was asked to leave the vehicle with them for repairs several times, and sometimes for days at a time. I was lied to each time, was told that "this and that" was performed, and the vehicle was always returned back to us with the same issues, until we wised up...I began marking parts with a crayon after claims of repairs, and would return the vehicle once again, last time being for three days. I was told that certain things had been done, yet parts that should have been removed had not been touched. Screws had not been turned, and bolts not even loosened... The issues still remain after three months of lies.... And, now, I am the "liar" in their eyes, simply because I'm standing up for myself.Ultimately, After telling "Craig", I mean "Pete" ( Pete isn't his real name), that I marked the parts, he became defensive and went on a tirade of how he treats customers with "Integrity", hence the name of the establishment.( I jokingly assume.) I haven't been treated with any integrity, only insult as to my intelligence. I then asked why the reason for going off topic, and what did the name of the establishment have to do with the price of Tea in China. He then proceeded to tell me that my concerns were "imagined", and he refused to give me diagnostic results upon my request, nor any proof (his personal copied receipts, etc), that any work had actually been performed... It seems odd that others find issues with the vehicle, yet the issues are "imagined" by both myself, as well as two other independent businesses, and, as well of many diagnostics performed without prejudice toward Integrity. (?)He did offer to purchase the vehicle back, at a reduced rate of what we have paid for it. Minus parts that we had paid for, no return for labor for recommended parts- Nothing was performed other than shocks, struts that were recommended by them and it wasn't the cause of one of several issues... Why should we have to pay for any labor when this all was my imagination to begin with??? Why did "Pete" want the car returned more than 5 times? My theory is that he knows the vehicle is beyond reasonable repair vs. the price that we paid for it, thus reason for failurer/refusal to produce diagnostic records, reciepts, etc.The vehicle was inexpensive by most persons standards, but, what was paid for it took us more than a year to save for, and he and the person that made the actual sale knew of our dilemna, knew that the car would be used as transport for a 78 yo. cardiac patient, being my Mother, and this is what greed for the almighty dollar does to a person. I'm not accusing the owner of being bad, I just don't believe what has transpired as being right. Where is the fairness and integrity that is claimed?This is a very condensed version, and wish that I could go into every detail. Unfortunately, I cant. But, my advise is... If you're going to utilize the 'services' of these people, always mark your parts. Have original parts rerurned, as well. You cannot be called a liar when you have proof. I'm gathering all my proof, and considering litigation. I have spoken with several people that gave had similar experience with the place, and I've given more than ample time for replacement/repairs, whatever... I'm tired of this. We have nothing more than a very expensive lawn ornament sitting in the drive. Don't let "smooth talk" sway you into any hasty decisions... That one star rating shouldn't exist... I was lied to about the work done on the car before I left the lot. The owner has no intention to make the deal right. I have only had the vehicle for 2 months. It was in the shop 6 days after my purchase and has been every week since. He lied right to my face. It was in the shop when I received the title. Somehow the owner keeps deleting reviews I am making. A guilty conscious will make your head spin. I got ripped off.
This car lot sales rigged junk cars. They will not fix anything once you drive it off the lot. Beware !!! Save your money
