        Overall

        Laptop Shack has given me back hope in humanity! They went above and beyond what was needed. Fixed all the problems and called after to make sure everything was running properly. Integrity is their motto and I experienced it first hand. I applaud them and thank them :)



        Highly recommend this place!!!!

        They fixed what I needed fixed. And honestly!!! Best Buy said I needed a new motherboard and then tried to sell me a laptop. I took it to Laptop Shack and they found out that my HP had a bad fan. They replaced the fan by the next day as compared to the other guys that said they would send it away for a month. I have now brought my Xbox and my wife's computer in since and Joe and Libby have helped me every time. Laptop Shack is the only place I trust so now I sing their praise. Thanks for a job well done!!!

        The Best Computer Class. I went last Saturday for a class and they really taught me the basics. I use a computer at work but the one at home just sat there. They made it less scary
