Computown, LLC

I was approached by a former client of theirs to build a new site and Computown was very insubordinate in transferring the domain. "Eddie" who I believe is the only employee other than the rude receptionist, was not, and is never available.



They never transferred ownership of the domain, and they let it expire on us. When I called, they wanted a fee to transfer it. By the time I called Register.com, they had already re-paid for it. Still dealing with this.

Althought this company is medium in size, They are big in the area of service. I have been doing business with them for several years. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and their prices have always been much lower than other places I have seen. They also are pretty quick in solving the problem and getting my computer back to me as quick as possible. If your looking for a no-hassel way to get your computer repaired correctly and quickly....these are the "geeks" to go to!
