Terrible customer service. The store part is decent. It's a shame that the reviews of the good employees are attached to the incompetent staff they have in the pharmacy. Melissa was the girl working in there tonight and she was awful and had a terrible mood from the time she came to the drivethru window. God forbid you have to ask her to correct insurance information that is wrong in the system. You'll wait until you're out of time while she tries to argue with you over what she knows about her job, while she holds your debit card in her hand, because you've already says multiple times you're in a rush and will pay for it out of pocket. Then when you ask her to give the card back or finish the transaction so you can be on your way, she will threaten to call the police on you for not listening to her rant. I'm sorry. You NEVER treat a customer that way. No matter how short handed you are. Shame on you cvs for hiring such awful people to work in your pharmacy. No wonder you have a one star rating.
I am on a weight lose medication and my pharmacy change who they get it from so i called to see if they have a different manufacturer, the pharmacist asked who prescribed it to me and what other medications i take and totally made me feel like a drug addict when i asked why he was very rude and said because im asking about a controlled drug and if i wanted to switch all my prescriptions to them we could talk. He was very rude and i do not appriciate being talked to like im some drug addict. I do not use drugs, i dont even drink. And that really sucks being talked to like that and i wanted to talk to a supervisor and he said he was it, there is no one above him. I wasnt going to try to get the info from a supervisor i just wanted them to know how he was acting.
I don't want to think so. But it seems very possible here.
