This company is an absolute scam. Just a heads up, if you want to rent to own a SHED bring a lawyer with you to explain the contract because the uneducated employees skirt around the real reason they are in this business. What they neglect to inform you on is 60% of your payment (whether is be the minimum or $1000) goes towards a "rental fee"!! $600 of that $1000 you just paid goes in their pockets and only 40% goes to principal, interest and taxes. I have doubled the minimum for 5 months equally around $1000 and my payoff has only been adjusted $200. I repeat S C A M.
