Cedar River Seafood

Can I select less than 1 star? This is the most disgusting fried food I've ever eaten. The waitstaff is rude, the boy who owns it is a liar and a cheat. What a disgrace to seafood.

My family and I decided to try Cedar River on the recommendation of a friend, what a good choice. The waitstaff was very helpful with our orders and was very familiar with the menu items. I ordered the frog leg dinner, while my wife got flounder. Both kids got meals from the kids menu, which included mac n cheese and apple sauce. My frog legs were out of this world, cooked perfect and plenty of them. Ihad to try a piece of flounder and it too was outstanding! About halfway through our meal the manager, Adam came by the table to see how everything was and suggested we try some of his gumbo he'd just made. Since everything else was so great I decided to give it a try. I know next time to save some.room for the gumbo! Anytime I have family in town I will definitely be taking them to Cedar River. Try the frog legs And you'll be turned on to them forever!

we enjoy going there early for dinner like 330 as until 4 pm they have auce flounder. it is great we also really like the shrimp & hush puppies. if u have rats plz get rid of them.

I have been eating at Cedar River for years. I have never had a bad meal and have never seen any rats or dirty dishes. The waitress work their behinds off trying to satisfy grumpy customers (I have seen people demand lunch prices during the dinner rush!), but the service they provide is just top notch. Cedar River has some of the best shrimp around and the stuffed bell peppers are out of this world. I think it is an excellent place to enjoy a meal and I will continue to go there to eat.
