Would highly recommend Maddigan Land Surveying, LLC to anyone who needs their property surveyed. They were very thorough, accurate and extremely knowledgeable. We were having a land disagreement with one of the neighboring sides so we really appreciated how prompt Dave, Mike & Colin were through the entire process. We appreciated the peace of mind.

I needed an elevation certificate done for flood insurance, which was holding up the closing on the sale of our home. I called Dave he knew exactly what I needed, he said he would figure out a way to squeeze it into his schedule to help us get the closing done!

The next morning, I found out that I no longer needed the certificate so I called Dave. He was already on-site, in the rain, doing the work! He could have charged me his entire fee, but he told me that I could just pay him for the time he already spent.

I can't say enough about how responsive and knowledgeable he was when I first called, and how absolutely reasonable he was when I called to cancel. He was standing out in the rain doing a rush job for me and he still reduced his fee!

We needed assistance with both elevations and discussion to sort out the complexities of what to do/who to talk relative to FEMA flood zone insurance requirements due to the complexity of our land and positioning of the house. Dave was quick to respond and great to work with after the survey to understand what we need to do.

Simply put, Perfect! We called Dave because we were planning work on our home as well as a new fence. Dave fit us in very fast, he and his crew are very professional, polite and we had our plans in hand in about a week. Dave suggested a plot plan as well as locating the property lines as we had plans to add pouches to the home and it’s a good thing we did because the plan showed the home a little close to the front setback. By taking Dave’s suggestion, we save our architect extra work in the long run that also saves us money. We highly recommend Maddigan Land Surveying.
