Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

Its terrible! Customer service is the worst. I live closest to this Walmart so I am sad to say I have to travel further to seek out the best service for a Walmart. There are many people that should be fired that work there including assitant managers, managers, a few cashiers and most of the customer service desk people. They must be cheap help is all I have to say!!! If you have a problem there be sure to call 1-800-Walmart to report it. Because if you go there often enough you will have a problem there eventually. I don't know anyone that hasn't. I called and reported my issues with them. Many people don't and simply don't shop there anymore. I do both! I heard this store is moving to a different area. I guess they think the area is just not busy enough for this Walmart to be as prosperous and other Walmart stores. I truly believe its the service because I know ALOT of people that shop at the other Walmart stores like me that live right in my neighborhood because of the service at this Walmart. If they fired and hired some quality people to replace the dead weight there then it COULD be a better place for people to shop and spend their money at.

This store is great compared to the others in the area where you drive around endlessly to park at the back of the lot. The store is very clean and orderly. The employees are extremely helpful. The lines are never extremely crazy. It's smaller than other walmart's, but you can find what you're looking for. Overall a great place to shop.
