I thought I would buy from a local business and when I was there the owner seemed nice. I bought some fish and followed all of his directions and all but fish were doing well but one was not I called durring his open hrs and left a message to see if there was anything I could do to help the fish. I did not hear back so I called the next day and he said it should be fine just give it more time. Well It died the next day so I had called to see if he had any kind of replacement policy. He said No and I was lucky that they all weren't dead. I felt this was very rude but didn't know what to say back to him on the phone. So I sent him a private message on Facebook to let him explain. But instead he blocked me.
