Our driver drove us from The Fountainebleu in Miami - Ft. Lauderdale airport. First, as we were pulling out of the hotel driveway he “told off” & “cursed” the peolple from the hotel lobby. As we were pulling out I turned on my GPS to know how long it would take us to get to the airport & he told me to turn it off. He was driving wrecklessly. When we arrived at the airport my husband paid him $70 cash upfront & when we got off the cab he just stood there looking at us trying to pull our luggage from the trunk. I kindly asked him to help us get our luggage out & just like that he said “NO” because we had already paid. I told him that it was unkind of him and he said that he did not care. I also told him that I would report him to the company & told me to go ahead.Taxi cab #3492, Anestin Modes is his name, chauffeur’s registration 33496No stars for this service no professionalism, and definitely a bad experience
This Company has vehicles on the road that have no brakes light Cab# 1540 slams his brakes in front of me no lights to warm me I literally came sliding to a stop inches from the back of this cab I had my wife and 8 month old son in the car. Obviously they don’t follow the same rules all other Taxi devices do. They are going to get People killed by pure laziness/lack of vehicle safety inspections.
Wish I had read the other reviews before I climbed in this cab!!! If I could give this a zero I would. Never before have I been with a driver that not only doesn't know the area but he doesn't know how to drive. The fastest we went was 27mph. It's a wonder we didn't get into an accident!! This is the worst cab ride ever!!
Driver of cab 1929 didn't speak English. He refused to take me on a $20 trip from a hotel to Walgreens. He said 'airport only'. I said it's 10 min and I'll pay $20, he said no...I said $40. He said no. I took an Uber for $9 and the cab was still outside, first in line, no other cabs, after I made my round trip. They are the worst.
Driver from Springs Cab Company decided to take a bathroom break and publicly urinated outside the window to my home while my children were present. After telling him to go away he continued to urinate and got back into cab 3465 flicking me off and driving away. After an hour of searching and being put on hold to be connected to ANYONE from management or someone in charge, I learned it is virtually impossible to happen. The company has no true way to contact anyone in charge. If this is Springs Cab's version of professional drivers and professional business practices, I'd rather walk or Uber.
Taxi cab got crazy this afternoon passing yellow line in Venetian Causeway, try to pass like a maniac, driving and honking, driving at minimum 60 miles a hour...this guy should not drive a taxi PERIOD!!!!! It`s a dodge Caravan # 3576
I had hired taxi BEZ T71 driven by Chouikh, Hassan at 745pm from W Hotel South Beach. The bell boy showed him the address of Zaika, Indian Restaurant where I wanted to go. He started his mobile GPS to verify the address and after which he took a longer route via I95 highway when I realised this and started my gps on my phone and questioned him about the longer route he took me to 22nd street North west instead of 123 North East and started acting as if he did not know the way and also refused to start his navigation. I started my navigation and reached to the destination after an hour and the meter showed 70 USD. After inquiring with restaurant people they told me that it would cost me 35 USD from the hotel to that place. Upon this I refused to pay and eventually police were called. I paid the driver the full amt of 70 USd and am writing this email as official complaint against the driver! I would like your reply on the same at the earliest to enable me to decide my further action
it was A-ok. he took the route I asked for because I think it's much nicer by the beach even if it's not s fast as I-95. he was very helpful and we had a nice conversation about Miami and also about the area around. We even showed me a cell phone picture of his daughter. She is 10 years old and he is very proud of her as all good daddies should be.
Worst service ever!!!!!! I called for a cab access after 2+ hours of waiting abs talking to number of dispatchers the only thing they could tell me was they couldn't find a driver n the area. Not to mention my phone was close to dying thanks to super yellow cab for saving my evening. I'd rather walk and be shot down before calling this service again
Do not take this cab!!!!!!!!! Driver #41800 took us for a very long ride costing $60 in the middle of the night. Should have called the cops but we were sooo tired after our flight. Some one should take these guys to court!!! They deserve time in jail not a star!!!
