We recently turned in our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 6,000 miles under our lease agreement with over $2,000 in equity and value left on the vehicle, according to our leasing company. We shared the wear & tear estimates on our vehicle that was provided to us by our leasing company Chrysler Capital on day one.We were then promised and guaranteed by our salesperson and his sales manager on multiple occasions that we could use this remaining value on our car to begin a new lease on a 2016 Jeep Renegade and "pay nothing - 0 down," except for taxes, tag and title. After coming this agreement and signing the paperwork we learned the dealership had lied to us.A month later we received a bill from Chrysler Capital for nearly $1,000 explaining that the dealership had not paid off our remaining expenses, as promised. After five calls to our salesperson, three calls to the sales manager, no one from the dealership would return our call. I then had to drive to the dealership 45 minutes away on two separate occasions before a sales manager would speak with me. After he said he was going to try and resolve it, he asked me to text him later that day and he would get right back to me....3 days, 3 texts, 1 call and 4 days later...I got my first response. It was a text saying, "I spoke with my GSM this morning and he told me if it was not worked in the initial deal that there isn't anything he can do....sorry for the inconvenience."They completely lied to us. They never respond to our calls or texts. Their service dept reps are condescending, lazy and rude. They cost us over $1,000. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

THEY ACT DECEITFUL AND INCONSISTENT, HIGHLY UNETHICAL DEALINGS, GO TO PLANET DODGE, THEY ARE NOT PERFECT BUT WILL NEGOTIATE MORE CLEARLY WITH YOU AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS MORE HELPFUL. MY STORY AT THIS DEALERSHIP (MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL - DODGE) IS EXTREMELY LONG, BUT I CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU THAT I WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON THAT DEALER AGAIN, EVEN IF THEY OFFERED ME THE MOON AND THE STARS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL.
Hola, he estado llamando mas de 5 veces para saber el precio de la manguera de power stiring , y me pelotean de un lugar a otro y cuando me sale alguien del departamento de partes, es en ingles y cuando le pido a alguien en espanol, me deja en la linea y despues me cuelgan. Desafortunadamente este dealer con semejante servisio al cliente va a la quiebra.

The worst experience. I went to them to buy a Chevrolet Express Commercial Cutaway 3500 Van. Jorge A Cardoza my salesman told me that I am not eligible for the Business Choice up to $1,200 upfit cash, two days after when I informed him that he was wrong, the unconvinced salesperson asked me to show them their own webpage which was a bit weird but still OK, after I explained to the managers and the General Manager Got different answers to my questions, never on same page, they told me that the Business Choice cash offers was put like a rebate on the deal, never discussed on the deal or approved by me, they should let me know of the circumstances and allowing me to make the decision whether to put or not. I will never go to that dealer again and will not refer any of my family, friends and co-workers as well.
Stay Away from this place, I was interested in a vehicle and was reached by the receptionist in used cars, after speaking with her to make arrangements to test drive the vehicle. I reconfirmed with her that the vehicle was still there at the lot. She told me that it was still there, and she assured me that it was in the front of the dealer that I would see it pulling up. approx 3:30 pm Friday, October 2nd. I informed her I will heading over now, from Cutler Bay, depending on traffic will take me a while, with my family in tow it took me another hour in a half to arrive. When I get there I was given to a salesman which had me waiting for 15 minutes to tell me that he had bad news that the car was just sold. Of course I was upset of what was told to me, not so much that the car was sold. Rather that I was misled to believe that it was there to get me through the door. The staff has no compassion for the customers time. The car was sold 2 days prior to me arriving, I know, because I had someone else call to find out after I left the dealer. During the time I was inquiring about the vehicle, I expressed 100% interest in purchasing after test driving and seeing it in person. Especially knowing I had already been approved by my bank and had them standing by upon inspecting the car. Not only making me go through this but also my wife and 2 daughters. Didn't even have the common courtesy to call me to let me know of the circumstances and allowing me to make the decision whether to go or not. It took us another 2 hours to get home because of rush hour traffic.I will never go to that dealer again and will not refer any of my family, friends and co-workers as well. The company lacks professionalism, honesty and compassion. I'm a firm believer, You don't have a second chance, for a first impression. You have been Warned!
