Must of people talking bad about this company is either they owe money to associations or they don't agree to the associations regulation,I think these people work hard to get our condominium in a good shape and to raise the value to our propertiesRick Dabalsa
Worst experience ever, Jorge has 19 complaints filed against him with the state of Florida , were he has been found to be in the wrong, thus far. He has 2-more pending complaints. He breaks the law, and does not follow the rules. The state knows him well, if you feel that something is not right with there service , go to Myfloridalicense.com and follow the instructions on filing a complaint for a Community Association Manager. Or simply talk to someone at the DPBR, they will assist you. It's a shame that I have to rate this company a 1-star to be able to post. It truly is a no star and a no class business...
