NO STARS!! THUMBS DOWN. BEWARE: I bought a phone 1 hour ago to replace my 80 year old mothers phone that was stolen from my car, and we realized that her phone was not part of the robbery. I went back to PCS for refund or credit and they REFUSED even though i bought the phone 1 hour ago and was not even taken out of the box! No wonder they don't take American Express! American Express protects you from places like this!!!!!!!!!!!! Each metro PCS owner is independently owned and makes their own policies so BEWARE of this store. Therefore, I was robbed twice today!!!!!!!!!!

RIP OFF! Referred my sister based on the reviews to this place and i absolutely regret it! She payed about $50 to have an Iphone 5 unlocked and my sister was told it would take about 1 to 2 weeks. After about a week she had not received a response so she calls and is told they were unable to unlock it and can not refund money. I will let everyone I know to never come to this shady place. enjoy the money you practically stole from us. On a side note, we went to another place that was able to unlock it and they had a guarantee that if they werent able to they give a full refund.
If it bothers you that make you waste TIME and MONEY, do not go to this store!!!I went there because my iPhone was loaded wrong. They changed the port job and charged me $ 60 (I had to wait an hour). But the problem continued. The next day I went to Apple-Store and they said that the new port job was bad and it was from China!! Then I returned to the store, I explained the whole situation and the guy said it was not his fault. And he could not change the piece because he had no more, and also did not return my money. It was a very uncomfortable situation for me. He used a Chinese piece and disrepair, and it does not recognize it!

They have that big giant sign outside that says AT&T, but this is not a real AT&T main store, they are just an authorized dealer. And why would that make a difference? Well I purchased a Blackberry from them and when the iphone came out I was still within my return period, so I asked if I could exchange the Blackberry for the iPhone, but they did not carry them, and they said they could never carry them, so I requested a refund. They told me they could not credit my credit card, which I could not understand why, and they promised a check would be mailed to me within the week. Two weeks later I called USA Wireless, and they could not explain why I had not received my refund, so they promised it would be in my hands in a week. Two weeks after that, now 30 days since the return, I called AT&T customer service to make a complaint. They told me since they were only authorized dealers and not a dedicated AT&T store, they did not have much recourse in forcing them to refund the money. Well to make an already long story short, I finally received my refund 40 days after promised date, a lot of sweating, and AT&T was powerless to force them to do anything, so BEWARE!
