Miami, FL Walmart Supercenter

The only problem I have with this Walmart is that if you are in a particular department and you need help with finding an item; the employees automatically say "this is not my department, find the staff that belongs here", instead of calling them for you. Or if you happen to take an item to the cashier without a price ticket, they send you back to gat another item with a price. Last time for thanksgiving week, I went with both my small children, ages 5 and 1. I didn't notice that the price on the turkey wasn't there. The lady (noticing that I was already having a hard time with my 1 year old) looked at me and said "you have to go back and look for another turkey". I looked at her and said "you don't have anyone that can do that for me???" She said "no!". So I left ALL the stuff on the counter, took my SWEET time looking for another turkey (while I had a CRYING baby), went back & she looked at me like if I was crazy. I said "sorry I took long, is not easy to walk all the way back there with two kids and one crying; can you give me my total?". Make sure every item has a ticket if not they won't help you. Another time a cashier told me to just take a rubber duck my son wanted, since it didn't have a ticket and she wasn't allowed to leave her register. I told her "no thanks, I wouldn't feel honest doing that!". I think a manager should be aware of this.

I looooove this place. You can super save here.The other day, I purchased a dining set for just $79, it was used but looked really nice but... think about it $79 bucks, where do you find that??... nowhere!!!and in good shape, and i got it home the same day,, like an hour after I bought it.People were nice in the store,, they were showing me options, even thought there were busy,,they also had cheap NEW dinner SETS for like $150 i just preferred used at that moment cause i really went to buy baby items . Store is a little disorganized but come on, what can you expect,, they have a lot but, i mean, a lot in JUST one warehouse. but.. IT'S ALSO GOOD, cause, for example me, i went for a crib, and I came out with the crib, swing, dining set and a chest for my spare room. Without saying that one of the guys there was always like playing with my kid.. really nice people.I super seriously recommend this place to anybody that wants to SAVE MONEY and find plenty stuff in one big place.

And the best thing ever, I got my stuff the same day, sorry I would say just hours later. It was so cool. At first, I was skeptical cause u will see used stuff all over and just few samples of new items. But wait I am a smart shopper, and after checking dif places, I realized that Gmar was selling their new items from the same catalog that the 2 other places I visited but wait--- LIKE $250 CHEAPER--- for the sectional I was looking.. Thanks God I didn't use the financing, I paid cash and I got the stuff like 2 hours later and got some extra discount. Woww.. I was so happy I saved money and with those (almost $300 that I saved), I'm planning to take my kids to the Seaquarium, movies and even to eat out. Well.. i am just happy that I am a smart shopper and I was able to save. Just wanted to share that.Claudia
