I am a professional photographer and for about 2-3 years I used them to create the photo gift items I offered. There is nothing personal about this company. You NEVER reach a real person when you call customer service, only a voicemail. And rarely did I ever get a returned phone call. When you email them you get a response days later. You cannot modify or cancel an order. They will not blind ship to customers for you. During the busy holiday season items sometimes (though not too often) arrived broken because "their shipping department wasn't packing things as carefully because they were so busy." They of course replaced the items, but it's unnecessary stress right at the brink of the holidays.Lastly, they offer double sided items (like luggage tags and porcelain ornaments) with no means of choosing a different image for the back. When I emailed customer service about this, they said the same image is printed on each side. What good is a luggage tag that can't have an address printed on the back???I will say that their items usually turned out quite nice as far as quality. And they do have the largest variety of items offered. But I'd rather pay a dollar or so more per item and work with a company who I picks up the phone when I call and will work with the customer, not against them.
As the only Factory Authorized Service Center for all major brands of photographic equipment, this place is the only reliable choice and the great service they offer keeps me coming back over and over again.
They are the only Authorized Service Center in Florida and I have relied on them for years to keep my cameras "click;n" !! Great staff, can I say more? Professional photographers best friend!!
You name it, and they can get a photograph on it. They have the products ready when you need them, even for last-minute occasions!
