A couple of years ago we had a need for the services of this company which was recommended to us by a friend and eventually found out that several other friends also had used the services of Moreau Consultants. Each of those recommendations were quite positive which led us to hiring this company. I can not say enough to how professional and efficient they were. They took the project off of our hands and the end result was both timely and fairly handled. Presently, after Hurricane Irma, we found ourselves in a similar position needing the help of Moreau Consultants. While this situation is different in nature more involved and obviously more stressful for us, Mr. Moreau and his staff have been hard at work for us in getting a fair settlement. Understandably this process is quite a bit more extensive than our first encounter, therefore taking a longer time frame and considerably more work than we would have desired. However we feel that our best interests are being handled well and at the same time relieving us of the stress we would have had if we would have handled this on our own.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time. They only care about the money they can get. They lack of communication!! They lack of respect!!! They lack of PROFESIONALISM!!! They don’t have enough staff. They took the case really fast and sent a person in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday to have the contract signed and from there everything was TERRIBLE!! No updates no response. Every time I call it was a mission to get a response. And once they responded all the adjuster always said (Ramiro also called Ron) I get back to you AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED! It took two months of back and forth until I decided to say I wanted to cancel the contract. Then then called really fast. But that’s not all. The representative with a very nasty attictud literally said that all peaople like is want is their claim money fast. All I wanted to know was when was the initial inspection going to be after two months of waiting and not even getting a response text. So once We decided to cancel the contract they need to create a release letter so we can work with a different company or directly with the insurance agency. We are still waiting for the letter. All they say is that there is only one person than can sign that letter and that he doesn’t have time because he has to many cases about 3000 (that’s what the receptionist said). All we want is the letter. It is horrible, unbelievable how a company can operate like that. How can a business have so many cases and only one adjuster. I hope everyone check the reviews of this company before signing any contract. And I will do all I can to make this review public. And if I can take them to court I will do so as well. Hope the president Jonathan Moreau and Vicepresident Patrícia Moreau (probably the owners) look at this review and know what an awful company they have and do something about it. If I could give the a negative 5 and no star I will give them that. They don’t even deserve a one star.
Had Andy visit after setting up appointment with Joelene they are amazing. Andy has forgotten more about construction than most people know. I had some issues with poor quilty work from a contractor thru my Insurance company Andy was able to walk me through the process and real world expectations he was able to go the extra mile in piecing the work and what could have been done better and provide feedback to insurance.
Excellent customer service, very helpful and courteous staff always trying to help the clients.
