I've purchased parts with Natalie and Joe and their customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that the parts I needed were what I needed and provided within the very tight time frame that I expected. They had the parts unmounted and delivered when promised. This is important to me as I have a car restoration business and I am continously in need of parts very quickly and hassle free. The parts weren't shipped incomplete as I have experienced with other vendors. They were well packaged and protected from any damage during shipping. This is important to me. Their support and willingness to please the customer is all star. I am pleased to have used them and will continue to use them and refer them as well. Thank you for great customer service.
Excellent customer service from general manager Joe very happy with the oem head light. Part was an great condition. Definitely saved me some money coming to insurance quality parts!
Very disappointed, as a good customer, i never was explained the return policy, i didn't get the right part, lousy service, don't go there, now im stuck with a part i dont need and didn't touch, the part still in the box, i was very nice and pleasant, i didn't have an attitude, i spoke the rest of the employees were busy, but the one i talk to was very mean and didn't give a shit, if i wasn't explained the return policy, he should've made an exception for me, i had to wait on my the guy to work on my car, its not right JOHNNY S AUTO PART, DO BETTER, i was nice, why couldn't your business be nice, its not like someone returns something everyday, just sad no HAPPY, NICE PEOPLE here in south Florida period����
These people don't answer the phone. Why waste your time going there for them to tell you don't have the part or more expensive. Just answer the phone.

Why they don't pick up the phone before 30 min I will never know. If you want to use this car shop just don't.
This is the worst service ever. I Called them 3 days in a row, and I've waited on hold for 45min each time. I even called on Sunday and waited 37min, and nobly. This is bad business. still till this day I haven't got in contact with them.

This business does not even deserve 1 Star. Their customer services skills is ZERO "0". I put one star because otherwise it does not allow you to leave a written review. I called twice and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then, they hung-up. I will not give my business nor money to a company that does not have any customer service experience. Any business suceeds because of outstanding custokmer service, but this one exist because poor people or people with an old car rather buy a used part cheap. I see a reviews here from "Stigmato" saying that this place is the best. I guarantee you that he or she is either an owner, a manager or an employee to get people to come.......customer DO NOT give your money nor business to a business like this. Not giving them business will make them go broke and have no choice but to close down.
