We rented a truck that was very dangerous; several important equipment failures, lighting and brakes. The truck condition was misrepresented. We wrote to Budget and never recieved any reply.
MY WIFE AND I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO DO OUR WEDDING VIDEO AND PHOTO ALBUM AND LITTLE DID WE KNOW WE WERE GETTING RIPPED OFF. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACTUALLY CALLING THIS BUSINESS TO REQUEST THEIR SERVICES.WE HAD OUR WEDDING ON APRIL 2008 AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE OR SO WE THOUGHT. WE PAID IN FULL THE AMOUNT OF $3,000.00 AS THEY ASKED FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS HORRIBLE. WE'D RATHER BURN OUR MONEY.IT TOOK MORE THAN 3 MONTHS TO GET OUR WEDDING PICTURES AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE. YOU CAN NOTICE RIGHT OFF THAT THOSE PICTURES ARE NOT THE WORK OF A PROFESSIONAL. THE ENTIRE PHOTO ALBUM'S RESOLUTION IS BLURRED AND UNCLEAR AND PEOPLE'S FACES ARE NOT CRISP CONSIDERING THE QUALITY OF A HIRED PROFESSIONAL CAN OFFER. THE ORIGINAL CD THEY HAD GIVEN US TO CHOOSE OUR PHOTOS HAD 300 EXPOSURES FROM WHERE MORE THAN HALF WERE REPEATED AND BADLY ALTERED AND EDITED. WE HAD A TOUGH TIME SEPARATING THE GOOD OR SHOULD I SAY BAD ONES FROM THE HORRIBLE ONES. I REMEMBER TAKING A PICTURE OF MY WIFE AND I TO PUT IN THE BANQUET HALL WITH OUR 12 MEGA PIXELS DIGITAL CAMERA AND RESIZING IT TO 20 TIMES ITS SIZE AND IT STILL LOOKED BETTER THAN THE ONES I HAD PAID FOR.NOW, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE WEDDING VIDEO. WELL, A FEW MONTHS HAVE PASSED OR TO BE EXACT 6 LONG MONTHS TRYING TO GET OUR VIDEO FROM THE WEDDING AND STILL NO DEFINITIVE ANSWER. EVERY TIME WE CALL WE ALWAYS GET THE SAME ANSWER, TRY NEXT FRIDAY... THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU GET WHEN YOU PAY FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS LATER. I SPOKE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE NOT LONG AGO AND THE ANSWER WAS "NEXT FRIDAY", WHAT A SURPRISE. A WEEK LATER I CALLED AND SAID I WAS GOING TO PASS BY TO GET MY WEDDING VIDEO I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER THIS TIME, "I WILL CALL YOU WHEN IT GETS HERE ON FRIDAY". WHAT HURTS ME THE MOST IS THE AGONY AND TORTURE OF HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS FOR SUCH A BAD QUALITY JOB TO BEGIN WITH. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT IF I DON'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR SOON AND I SUGGEST ANY OF YOU OUT THERE THAT HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH VICTORINO PHOTOGRAPHY AND BRIDAL TO DO THE SAME, TAKE THEM TO COURT AND HAVE THEM PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.
