I've been a Wiwi Transmissions customer for decades and have had nothing but positive experiences. And my last visit was no different. The reverse gear on my '95 Mustang GT did not work. Had to put it in neutral, push it backwards out of my parking space and then drive to Wiwi just before closing time. I was fully expecting to have to buy another transmission. And I told them so. First thing in the morning Mr. Luis Zabala had my car checked. Within an hour he called me and said my transmission was fine. It was simply a loose bolt in a wheel obstructing a rotor. He tightened the bolt and I was ready to go. No charge. And in my experience, this was typical Wiwi service, honest and professional. They won't sell you a transmission that you don't need. If you have a problem, I recommend you see Luis Zabala at Wiwi Transmissions.
Hamilton and the Transmission Express family are professional people who are not only prompt and reasonable. They are people of their word. I had a issue with my battery and they went above and beyond to help me. Give them a try you won't regret it. Warranty is a guarantee!!!!!
Terrible with falsehoods from the beginning. Truck was dropped off Friday night with the promise of 2 day turnaround. No quote was available but I had gotten one from another AAMCO and had a general idea. Victor also said he honored AAA discounts, said not true when bill was presented. Bill states they will charge $450 to R&R tranny with disassembly and examination if they don't do the rebuild. After paying $855 for rebuild, I was charged over $700 labor for the R&R. Finally after multiple calls back, (I was not getting updates/calls as Victor said he would do) two days turned into FIVE. They re-used a damaged dipstick by just shoving it down the filler tube, not sealed or in proper place to check levels. I was told: "If they saw it necessary to replace it, they would have. He also said if you have an issue with it, they would be more than glad to address the concern." I live over 60 miles away! I tried reaching out to the owner through an email I found on here and heard nothing. Corporate was no better. I finally got a phone call at 1 pm on day five, Friday afternoon, saying my truck was ready for pickup. After paying over $3k (after the $100 coupon I printed from online) I finally got my truck back. After all this, the closest thing I got for an apology was a "sorry for the inconvenience" from Victor. No mention of a price cut for the lies, not giving AAA discount as promised or the 3 extra days they kept my truck and I had to figure out how to get it on short notice. We all know what Friday afternoon traffic is like in Miami. Now am only glad to be away from them and for the written national warranty and my paper trail of all my problems/concerns during this process. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Do your due diligence and research places before you trust them with your bank account and automobile!

No. 1, the man behind the counter (one of the owners, it seemed) was very rude to my wife and I from the time we dropped off our vehicle to when we picked it up, even though we were very polite. No. 2, they waited 24 hours before telling us they wouldn't even attempt the simple transmission repair we clearly explained was needed when we dropped it off. We had to tow it to the dealer instead for what was a pretty straightforward repair.Bottom Line: Rude + Useless = Don't Waste Your Time With WiWi.
Gente honesta ,precios razonables . Me dieron el mejor estimado despues q visite 2 lugares mas ,exelente trato y lo mejor de todo son mecanicos especializados y con licencia en el ramo de las transmisiones saben lo que hacen, lo recomiendo a todos !!!
Never go their,charge me $150 dollars for a transmission tune up and didn't do it, my car still runsee the same ,stay away!!!!!!!
I have been to many mechanics and gotten some terrible service but at Transmission Express they where very nice. The guy also help me to understand what they will be doing and how long it would take and he did not make me feel like what do you wan? as appose to other places I have been to. Thank you
