I closed on my deceased mother’s residence on 8/31/2017. AllWorldTitle was the title company. Overall the transaction went well. My only regrets were that they took over three weeks to return my mother’s death certificate and refund the $1,000 dollars for the water bill (the water bill had already been paid!!!). Weekly emails (to Veronica Rivera – Real Estate Processor / Closer) asking for a date by which I could expect the return of these belongings went unanswered. I am so glad that my real estate agent, Lianet Manzano, of Keyes Realtors was able to help me resolve this matter.
Unethical practice. Buyers stay away! Got reference from realtor who is personal friend with this business owner. She claimed to have some 20+ years of experience and quoted a reasonable price to get your service. Couldn't be more wrong thinking most closing agents were the same. She ended up hiding some extra charge in the closing statement 3 days before closing without any notice, doubling the initial charge, making it too late for you to change, claiming there was a lot of additional work having to "printing 100 more pages of document", "sending emails" and "keeping copies of documents". Buyers better find a reputable closing company. Sellers also beware! She tried to charge sellers "document preparation fee" that isn't even legit enough to go on the CD.If it's not enough a shame of certain agent's parasitic living on home buyer's hard-earned money, it certainly is when they have to resort to such unethical practice that borders on cheating IMO.
I almost never write anyone a poor review, but I am compelled to write this one today in hopes that I can save another client of mine from ever having to be subjected to this type of service. The entire process with Posh title was a total nightmare. My seller was stuck dealing with a title issue from the previous seller and this title company just waited around until myself and the co-broker got the work done. Also, because the loan officer and the title employees are related, the lender decided to stop processing the loan altogether until title was able to get their act together. My seller was leaving on vacation a week before closing and wanted to extend a few days, they told us no and that they would be closing on time. My seller moved all his things out in a hurry in the rain, to come back from vacation and the file not funded. Every time I called, I was told to email. Almost every time I emailed, my questions were not answered. Even the day of closing, I couldn't get a straight answer out of these people as to when the buyers were coming to sign. Then they tell me that the file wouldn't fund the same day. WHO IS THIS TITLE COMPANY? These people are not on the ball about anything. If you want things done in a timely manner, never call this title company. Their inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. Please don't send anyone that you care about to this joke of a company. You will lose all credibility with your clients. Excruciating levels of incompetence at this title company.
I was explaining over the phone the type of title search I needed and at some point out of the blue Lisa told me “well…good luck” and then with just hung up on me. Bad attitude and not professional at all!

Tropics Title made my first purchase quick and painless. The people were friendly and definitely made the process feel a bit shorter. They provided me with process updates upon request and expedited the closing process. Highly recommended to my friends and will definitely go back for future purchases or refinances.
I will never even if they refund my money will do business with them again. It's not about the money they changed but about their lying practices. Even when I prove they have lied don't even admit it. Yes you are right I am upset and I have the right to demand you fix it and fix it now!!!
SOUTH COAST TITLEI just left a home closing at 2:40 PM South Coast Title Co. on Sunset and 92 Avenue in Miami, FL. To say the agent "V" who was an hour and a half late to the closing which she herself set up for 11:00 AM is the least of her unprofessional behavior. She was extremely incompetent, rude and had zero communication skills. My agent and I are convinced she is in serious need of guidance from her peers. It is safe to say South Coast Title who was selected by the buyer not I myself or my agent will NEVER be used for any of my three other Florida properties. On a scale 1-10, with 10 being great South Coast Title is a big ZERO. No apologies from her when we asked for the President of South Coast Title. She slammed her folder shut and left the room.We were grateful for the Presidents intervention however he was more about excuses and deflection of the elephant that left the room than he was about an apology. I'm not saying "V" should be fired. I'm saying she needs to learn diplomacy as well as professional courtesy for her clients. If she doesn't know how to close then guidance from one of her peers should be in the room to make sure closing go smoothly.Extremely disappointed in the process from beginning to end. Please feel free to share, comment or both.
I have closed many transactions over several years and have never had any problems or concerns. All smooth transactions. The staff is courteous and great. I will use them every chance I can.
