This time my service was not good. I had an issue with water in the vehicle I called to inform of the issue and was told someone would come to my job and swap out the car, I was told I would get a courtesy call at 1:30pm and that never happened and no one ever came to do the swap so I called early in the morning but was told there was no way for anyone to come to my job to do the swap and that they wanted me to bring the car to one of the other locations I was so busy at work I was not able to do it so another day went by, water was all over the floor and coming out of the dash on the passenger side. I did inform the office that I was kind of scared driving it so far but I had no choice. And my leather purse ended up getting wet before I knew that the vehicle was flooded with water. Needless to say I keep the vehicle until Saturday when I was able to return it . So my over all experience this time with Enterprise was not a good one, sorry to say.

I rented a Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 from Prestige this past May for 5 days and was very happy will the overall experience. I should have written a review earlier, but I wanted to make sure I shared my positive experience with Presitge before the "on" season arrived. From the initial inquiries, to the cost, to the delivery, there were ZERO surprises. In fact, my "Murci" was delivered to me on Marco Island TO THE MINUTE we had arranged! How is that for service?The car did have some minor visual blemishes, but mechanically, I was able to put over a thousand miles on an 2009 Murci in the South Florida heat WITHOUT ISSUE. That in of itself is a testament to the folks over at Prestige.Exotic car rental in South Florida is rampant with brokers and downright con-artists. Let it be known that the folks at Prestige are as real and trustworthy as it gets in a sea of potential exotic car rental perils. Rent with confidence, folks.Regards,Jon
Car was fine customer service was lousy... they tried to charge me for a car seat I never got and didn't help with the inspection.They didn't take a minute to explain anything to me just said take that car. When I asked about an inspection the guy told me you do that when you check out of the garage. So I drove to the exit. I asked the guy what about the inspection. He said if there's anything wrong you can tell me and I'll make a note of it. He went away for a few minutes then handed me my paper work and said have a nice day. I asked what about the inspection? He said you can tell me what's wrong... odd since I already asked him.. I took him around the car. He seemed unconcerned with large marks. He wasn't writing stuff down as I was explaining and seemed quite arrogant. When I returned the car I noticed on my rental agreement that a car seat was listed. I had requested one but never got it. Now they wanted to charge me for it.
My experience with this particular store was excellent. I have always rented from Enterprise but first time at this particular location. One day after work I stopped by Publix and bought some groceries but when I went to start the car it would not start. I was overwhelm. I did not know what to do since I am not a mechanic and I needed a car to drive to work early in the morning the next day. To make matters worse it was about a little over 30 minutes before closing time. I called two different Enterprise near the area and I was told they could not pick me up they could only assist me if I make it there before 6pm. Ridiculous. Finally, as I was going to give up my I call the Aventura location and they were more than happy to assist me not only did they pick me up in less than 20 minutes but also gave me a better deal than I had bargain for. Thank you Enterprise . I could not be more pleased with my experience.
I am a frequent renter and an emerald club member. That almost changed recently. I rented a crossover vehicle from the Miami airport location and it stalled on me several times. 5 out of the 7 times I attempted to start it the car would not start. I was told the vehicle had some electrical issue. I was extremely frustrated that I had to drive all the way back to return the vehicle. Once returned tho, I will say that I was treated with the utmost care. A gentleman by the name of Jonathan took special interest in making sure I remained a loyal customer. Customer service has declined significantly in recent years so it was a welcomed change to have him take such in interest in my overall happiness. He took his time with me to make sure I was in a safe, decent car. He also adjusted the price not significantly but enough to help my situation. With the compition so high out there, more company's need more Johnatans.
Overall I received a great car that was fun to drive, but when I picked it up, it only had half a tank of gas and the interior had been vaccumed but the surfaces were still a bit unclean and sticky, so I ended up cleaning it with handy wipes. The following day an alert popped up on the dash saying the front left tire was 30 psi under so I took it to a gas station to read the air pressure which showed the psi was at 60... approx 30 higher than the required ever for a front tire. We ended up having to let air out to make it even with the right side tire. The indicator on the dash went out and then reappeared the next day. The wishshield wipers were not great. It just seemed like too much work to do for a rental given the price per day. This was the first time I have experienced this at this location since I isually rent from them every summer when visiting.
Miami airport is not easy to "navigate" long walks - need to take a MIA train to the rental center.. However the rental experience at the Alamo rent a car was very positive.. I selected the "self service" option . .there was a person to help with the check in process .- however- too many options to choose (Insurance , GPS, Serius XM radio, Fuel, Car seats etc.. - this process can be done during the reservation and can be pre-populated from the customer profile .We selected a "happy deal" which mean you are a assigned a row and can pick any car . the "happy deal" can be any car from Compact and up.. but when we rented they only had a couple of compacts and a few pick up trucks to choose from.. Next time we will know to select a car class ( intermediate, full etc.) when we reserve the car.the price was very competitivethe return process was very efficient
We decided to rent a car a day before our return flight. We arrived at the airport via Uber. We didn't wait at the counter at all. We were able to walk right up the associate. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave great directions to level 1 where we needed to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at level 1, there was a long line of people waiting for a vehicle. Honestly, we waited in line for about 5 minutes and an amazingly friendly associate brought us our vehicle. He suggested some places to visit and things to do. He was great. The return was equally easy. No hassle about anything. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cost-effective, and friendly experience.
Rented from Alamo for my first time, am very pleased with their service. The car was clean and the GPS which I also rented was excellent, adjusting the route based on live traffic updates. Picking up the car from one of their airport kiosks was smooth and quick, with no tricks or pushy sales tactics. Returning the car was also quick and easy; I just drove to the drop-off location and they provided a receipt promptly, in less than a minute, with no hassle. Staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. I appreciate that Alamo participates in Florida's SunPass prepaid toll program. I feel that Alamo's SunPass policy was one of the fairest and most economical provided by car rental agencies.
I recently rented a car from the ACO Orlando office and was pleasantly surprised. The rates were affordable and the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was very professional. My flight was scheduled to leave at 5:45am which meant I needed to return the car at 3:30am. I was worried because there hours of operation start at 7am and plus we needed shuttle service. There was a fee for after hour service but I gladly paid it to have a peace of mind. When we arrived the staff was ready and waiting to happily accommodated us at 3:30 am. I would recommend this rental car service to everyone looking to save a few dollars and rent a nice car. Plus there shuttle bus is a Mercedes!!! :)
