I just learned that I am a patient of two doctors that use this answering service, and decided to write a review, because they are out of the ordinary. Their operators are extremely nice people. They never miss a reminder of our next appointments, always contact the doctor in the evening if we need to (which is very often), and even remember us now. It feels as if we were talking to the doctor´s office itself. They are also able to communicate in Spanish, which is very important for us, as my mother doesn't speak English. I will recommend them to my dentist, as we have had terrible experiences with the one he uses. Thank you Yireh girls, I really appreciate your work!
