Terrible, Terrible, Terribel, the company is not reliable. If you’re ant to over pay then I suggest you contact this company. I caught them several time saying they came to clean my pool and they were nowhere to be seen on my cameras. They charge a monthly service fee that is not inclusive of the actual cleaning. The owner is not professional.Overall I give them 1 star rating for poor service and poor customer service.

We live on Miami Beach and drive all the way south bcs this store is so special. Family run and they're both honest and friendly. Will recommend the right item, even when it's less expensive and let us know when supplies are going on sale. You don't get that very often!
Stay away from this place,They are eager to sell but not to provide customer service after the fact.I purchased a spa and grill island for $14,500.00 and had issues with both since day one (in 2016) and the issues are still there. They are incompetent and aggressive, unprofessional and rude.I have never been so disappointed in a store. I would strongly recommend staying clear away from this store.Do not trust them.
I hired this companies do to a cleaning on my pool after 3 weeks nobody cam to calming my pool but I received the invoice for cleaning . I call then and they told me that someone pass by yesterday and did the cleaning .I was surprise because my baby sister was at home and the guy told her that he will not cleaning the pool because the pool is to big and they want to charge me more ....they are the one who give me a quotation for cleaning services and I accepted the price they proved .after that I received a quotation for replacing my timer .I didn't understand because my timer was working find but when I get home yesterday I find that my timer is not working anymore so don't work with this companies they are not professional at all

Our New Swimming Pool, Pavers and glass tiled Jacuzzi came out GORGEOUS. The Price while High was reasonable for all the items we included and materials. I simply LOVE my new house. Best part is my Ex Husband was the one to foot the Bill. :-)
They lost their BBB accreditation and are not #1 in on time completion. Worst customer service and they will never return a phone call. Good luck speaking to the owner unless you speak Spanish... Company's promises that are in their welcome package are a joke. Sad to say because the finished pool is very nice, just wish they knew what good customer service is!!!

I give them a NO STAR. My experience is that this company was very hard to work with. Workers did everything unsupervised and when I confronted the company owners and managers about the problems, they denied the issues even before seeing the work. It took a lot of pushing and effort from our side to ensure the work was properly done as per contract. Very bad customer service. they destroyed my fence (out of negligence) and I had to pay to replace it. Yes, it is written in the contract that they are not responsible for any damages...I didn't catch it. Oh boy what a lesson I learned from this pool company. and funny how the majority of the "excellent reviews" on this Google Local review don't identify themselves...HUMMMMMMM...who could those raving reviews come from....I could only guess.... I would NOT RECOMMEND this company if you asked me...I would check around a little more....a neighbor of mine started a month after my pool excavation and they just finished their diamond brite plastering today (almost four weeks when he started the pool excavation). Promised in 45-60days and finished WITHOUT a walkthru in three months. Run away...go with some other company. I even did a BBB complaint.
