The worst customer service I have had. A bunch of teenagers just texting on their phones, and one rude man. Plus the patch they ironed on fell off in 3 weeks.
This store is the best, they have the best prices and merchandise. There online is closing so if you had ordered from the website its going to turn down your credit card if not they void it. I spoke personally to the owners they are very sweet and professional people. They are not in control of the online website, visit them at there store personally and you will get the best service ever!
I ordered $103.00 worth of scrub pants which I never received. I emailed them to ask where my scrubs were and they were completely unprofessional, I then called them and the number is a home phone number and no one in the house speaks English (well barely, enough to be rude), they also hung up on me. It's COMPLETELY fraud!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! Also they display items as available when the items are discontinued so its not even possible for them to have a stock of those products.
IT IS A SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WENT TO CHECK ON STATUS OF ORDER AND WEBSITE WAS GONE. CALLED PHONE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES FOR MANAGER. CALLED BACK AND NO ANSWER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
