Maintenance at this building sucks. The maintenance person for this building doesnt know what he is doing or he is lazy. He paints the walls and baseboard without primer and a few months later the walls are peeling. He may be doing it on purpose in order to get repeat business. He doesn't live at the building so he picks horrible color paint (MAUVE!).To protect the walls of the entrance of the building (Move in / Move out) he has put up permanent unfinished plywood which looks horrible. The ATT rep spray painted (defaced / graphitti'd) the service cabinet on the outside of the building warning tenants not to park there. It has been that way for well over a YEAR and no has cared to rectify it. The tenants are/were being charged for surveillance cameras that DO NOT FUNCTION.
Amazing night at arts event lots to see and many galleries are open year round close to everything. Great transport and close to downtown

Good apartments however the apartments really don't allow you visitors and when I say that I'm saying you can have visitors but there is no where for them to park. The apartment has homes for 300 families but have 59 guest parking spaces. The property management office does not call back when you call them they forward your message to the apartment office which is a waste of time the apartments will maintain a lot of move outs if they resolve the guest parking
Elevators are always broken!! There are ants all over the parking and in the grass kids playground very dirty . One security lady for six Condominiums, that doesn't speak English.. washers are broken a lot and to expensive
dont do it unless you want to have to move out before your lease is up and lose your security deposit since they don't want to give it back to you. i dont recommend this to anyone unless your hard of hearing or you can withstand the noises of your neighbors who sound like they are doing construction daily in their apartment all hours of the night with no considerataion! ALSO DONT MOVE HEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY UP 24/7 TO HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS WHO ARE INCONSIDERATE . YOU HEAR EVERY WORD THEY SAY AND LANDLORDS DONT CARE. COMPLAIN ALL YOU WANT AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY CHANGE. SECONDLY, CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO, CARS EVEN SET ON FIRE, APARTMENTS BROKEN INTO AND YOU HAVE SECURITY THAT SIT ON THEIR BEHIND DRIVING A CART AROUND WHO ARE OLDER THAN 50 YEARS OLD (NO OFFENSE) WHO ONLY SPEAK SPANISH WHO DONT SEE A THING WHEN YOUR CAR OR APARTMENT IS BROKEN INTO. CANNOT FIND PARKING ANYWHERE AND YOU EVEN HAVE TO PARK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX AND HAVE A NICE 5 MINUTE WALK TO YOUR APARTMENT. ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE PEOPLE WHO HIT YOUR CAR AND CANNOT PARK CORRECTLY. THEN YOU HAVE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WHO SEE THAT YOU NEED MAINTENANCE WITH LEAKING CEILINGS AND PLUMBING WHO DONT DO A THING. DO NOT RENT HERE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
