It took one year for them to finish the work. After only two months, two of the windows had to be replaced because of the terrible quality. A lot of back and fort and miss information in the process. I would not recommend them at all.
Prestige installed a Borano Door, a high end door, after a break-in at my home. The installers were meticulous with their workmanship. The installers were very courteous and conscious in keeping the work area always clean. Prestige was always on time when appointments were made, and telephone calls were always returned in a timely manner. In their initial visit they even offered to put in a temporary door while we were waiting for the new door. Two new impact windows also had to be installed, A different crew was sent and again the workmanship was super. Good company!!!!
Great company I've saved over 50 percent on my past two energy bills back to back .all in all beautiful windows and feels good to save over 100 a month since I've had them installed. The windows weren't cheap but we're worth every penny I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience out of 5 stars I'd give anchor impact windows.
Great company! Excellent men who do what they say. Follow through and finish the job. Mike and the guys and anchor impact are the best we have found. They deliver!
My wife and I met the owner Jonathan at the Miami Beach Home Show and we were very impressed with the products he had to offer and his product knowledge. We really were not aware of the differences in quality between products till we met Jonathan. We saw all sorts of aluminum frame sliding glass doors but not vinyl. We are located in a high rise corner unit and though the rest of the companies said vinyl will never meet the requirement, Jonathan demonstrated his product which had even stronger design pressures than the aluminum quotes I had received. What a huge difference in our home. Our unit feels so much cooler and I know longer hear the large garbage trucks in the morning. ASP's workers were great overall. They worked extremely hard and they cleaned up after themselves. I have already referred them to two neighbors and one of my friends. We are also looking to do another unit with them in the near future. Keep up the good work ASP!
ASP had very good communication. The quality of the products provided, matched the quality of the products installed. The installation worked around our schedule and both my wife and I were very happy with the results. All of the pending issues that surfaced during the installation were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with the serviced and products received. Thank You.
I had four sliding glass doors converted to impact French doors with side lights and three impact windows replaced. Comments: Starting with the initial estimate to the final installation I have never been more satisfied with a company contracted to do repairs / renovations on my house. Marcos was my representative. He educated me well about the type of product and company I was dealing with. He really gave me peace of mind and I knew I was choosing the right company. Jonathan then came out to take care of the production measurements. After a few weeks, the product was delivered on time as promised. Every window and door fit perfectly during installation. I requested a weekend installation to avoid missing work and surprisingly, all of the windows and doors were installed between Saturday and Sunday. All that was left was a third day for the plaster work which was done the following day while I was at work. Everything was left paint ready inside and out as requested. The head installer Michel and his crew were just absolutely amazing. They answer / return phones calls and go above solving any issues you may have. What really puts the icing on the cake is how Jonathan came out to check the work. For the owner of a company to visit the job site on a Sunday really shows how much they care. He has a great organization that delivers what is promised. If you need storm protection for your house, this is the place. On a rating of 0 to 10, ASP gets a 12
If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are the ABSOLUTE WORST company. We signed a contract (and paid a deposit) with them on Sept 28th to have our front door and side door replaced with hurricane-proof doors. The front door requires double doors and a glass arc above it (this solution was one they proposed and we chose them for this solution over their cheaper competitors). We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the permit, 2 weeks to get the parts, and then 2 days to do the install. All in all, they estimated 4-6 weeks for the whole thing. Instead, it took them 6 weeks to submit the permit (and they lied to us saying it had been submitted earlier, but we could look it up online and I called the city). Permit got approved on Nov 27th after I called the city and asked them about why it was declined, and the city determined that it should not have been declined. Ok now we're moving forward, well we were supposed to. Called ASP on Nov 27th and told them the permit was approved. They said it would take 1 week to get the doors in and 2 weeks for the glass arc. Today is Dec 12 (2 weeks + 1 day after I last spoke with them). Status update: don't have the arc, and have no idea when it's going to be in. They "put a rush order on it" but don't have a confirmation on (1) it being a rush and (2) when it'll come in. It has been 3.5 months since we've been on contract with them, and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. Now we don't even know WHEN this will get finished. They have failed throughout this entire process, which is still ongoing. Here's the summary:- they lied to us about submitting the permit- they couldn't resolve the permit issues with the city (we had to do a quick 15min call with the city to resolve the issue)- they can't get the materials in when they say the will- they can't give us an estimate on when this project will be done- we've been on contract for 3.5mo and they said it would be done in 4-6 weeks- it costs us $350 in additional wind insurance for each month we don't have the hurricane doors in. they're giving us NO compensation- they can't even communicate with us. we have to call them for status updates- ASP fails all around and is THE WORST COMPANY
